Swiftnick - welcome to the mad house. Do you want to articulate the reasons for the share price decline - balanced views welcome but not lies

Cor blimey, guv!

"Personally I’d rather drive over you and pop your head like a melon"

Wouldn't have thought someone of your ilk would be allowed to drive a car. I would have thought an ambulance where you could be strapped down securely was more up to mark.

Perhaps it could be one of the economies you would make in your straighten position. A win win situation. You save money and another dangerous driver is taken off the road.

10p is the target.

Not my head.

Be careful.

Phillip Gobe was appointed director on 12th December 2016, on which date the share price closed at 71.75p. Today we're at 16.79p so that's a 77% decline in 6½ years.

If strength is measured by the share price and market cap, it must have been really bad when he joined!

"I’ve never mentioned anything about money"

Would you like to talk about it dearie?

Let your hurt out.

You can't start healing until you acknowledge the hurt, the wound, the gaping hole in your pocket.

I've got oodles of sympathy. Do you want to cry? Was it Shakespeare who said "tears are Gods salve for a burning fire of hate" or was it Shakespeares sister?

Be careful.

Also I've never mentioned anything about money, it must be killing you having been sacked for dishonesty and gross misconduct. So sad that you post banalities and misinformation when your employer shat you out for that very reason.

Mad dRIP doing his Violet Elizabeth impression:

"I'll scream and scream and scream"

Scream all you like. Nobody is listening. All the "I'll scream" in the world won't bring your money back. Go ahead scream some more. Your hurt isn't embarrassing anymore. You're not the only person to lose what he can't afford here.

I would tell you to man up, but I don't really care.

Please continue to trash this board. You're doing a sterling job. An intrinsic part of what has been achieved is down to you.

Be careful.

Yes its all Nominees.......however, as per my understanding of the AIM rules, every company MUST update their website Significant shareholders at most every 6 months.

Thats the rules as far as I know, and if you do not, you are in breach of those rules if my understanding is correct.

I thought AIM rules were you had to update Signifcant shareholers data at least every 6 months ?

Last PANR update was 13th December 2022........so only 5 days to go.........

If it gets to 14th June and no update......will perhaps have to email

aimregulation@lseg.com

to ask them to investigate why PANR are not in compliance with the 6 months max time for an update ??

Perhaps someone in the Guild might like to ask the new Chairman to get the website updated with new Shareholding data.
