17/5/2023 11:02 | But still didn't have the confidence to buy more than 24K? Maybe saving the majority of his spare cash for when the share price hits 10p? | ohdearohdearohdear
17/5/2023 11:00 | 1.5m shares, so about 250k pounds | cezuan
17/5/2023 10:58 | @donkikong. What sort of share numbers/exposure does he have already? | references
17/5/2023 10:49 | tbh the only insider purchase that left me wondering was Telemachus buying 24k. He who has the most insight buys just that? | donkikong
17/5/2023 10:33 | Ok so questions I have: 1. We were told "All of the Directors, as well as management and key advisers have indicated that they intend to participate in the Subscription for an aggregated amount of approximately $0.94 million". I calculate $0.6 million based on what was disclosed this morning. Is the balance made up by key advisors? 2. Jay bought £120k @ £0.17 vs share sale value of £1.6m in Sep-22 @£1.234. Justin bought £60k @ £0.17 vs share sale value of £2.5m in Sep-22 @£1.234. Bob bought £120k @ £0.17 vs share sale value of £1.6m in Sep-22 @£1.234. Not clear to me what the exercise price was of the options were but I expect well below the £0.67 of last years award (i.e. 10.8m aggregate total options @ £0.67, which I don't believe had vested). Not exactly loading up are they, considering the price and bullishness towards the assets? 3. When will this years annual award of options be done? Do shareholders here agree that this years award should be millions again and at these depressed levels? Should they be walking away with multi-millions just for taking the share price up from current levels, and especially given the binary outcomes of the drilling programs? Should they get these incentives when they have already been paid so handsomely while most shareholders are heavily in the red (and likely still would be even if the share price gets back to levels that makes the management team fortunes). My view is that there should be no annual award of options this year as failure should not be rewarded, and it is a discretionary scheme after all. Let's watch this one closely as last award was done in Jan-22 and based on the price immediately after the most recent fundraising. | johnswan193
17/5/2023 10:31 | Cor blimey, guv! unhelpful said: '"Wood Mackenzie recently noted that Theta West was the fourth biggest global discovery in 2022*." Why didn't you include the other half of that quote: "* Wood Mackenzie, "Alaska Upstream Review of 2022", March 2023; more appraisal and production tests required before discovery considered commercial" and the comment that followed about years before it will be known if it is commercial or not? Naughty, naughty, naughty. There are some who would say you are trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the mug punter. 10p is the target. Be careful. | helpfull
17/5/2023 10:07 | AGL did exactly the same kind of placing ....At 80 pence .... They now trade at 20 pence !! | amaretto1
17/5/2023 10:01 | "How many months have you wittered on about the bear flag and 10p target?" Ummmmmm I would say that he has "wittered on" for about seven months when the share price was at 140p. 10p is going to happen. But, even if it doesn't, who is going to quibble about it being 140p to 17p versus 140p to 10p? Only those who have been calling the reversal all the way down from 140p ..... to 17p I reckon. | ohdearohdearohdear
17/5/2023 09:55 | unhelpful said: '"Wood Mackenzie recently noted that Theta West was the fourth biggest global discovery in 2022*." How many times has that been repeated. It was in the video update a few weeks back. Comes with a sting in the tail.' How many months have you wittered on about the bear flag and 10p target? Your repeated assertions have no weight in fact; the Wood Mackenzie report does, and should be repeated until you and your bear brood get the message! | forwood
17/5/2023 09:22 | Cor blimey, guv! I'm intrigued. The great Pro-s2009 is silent. No midnight monologue. No morning spiel. He advised everyone to wait for the inevitable cash raise. It has come. He said he would then decide whether to buy. He is waiting to see how the land lies. Wants to come out on the wining side. Which way will be jump? I hope he returns to the darkside. He has been an albatross for too long. I would prefer him on the other side of the fence. With Sweeny his natural ally. And Mad dRIP. I can see them in bed together. 10p is the target. Be careful. | helpfull
17/5/2023 09:09 | As usual, the PrimaryBid offer means that there's a chunk of selling from the regular PB stags. This nearly always means one can buy close to or even below the placing price. It's a very stupid mechanism and I'm amazed that more people aren't hostile and voice their indignation about the effective sabotage to the share price from this ridiculous virtue signalling. Nevertheless I am willing to take advantage of it and have just topped up. There's plenty of appetite for PANR at this level and the management have shown their willingness to participate. I suggest we're very close to the floor now. | hiddendepths
17/5/2023 09:01 | Hcpg - this is all very simple. The stock was driven down on lies. AK2 did not go entirely to plan which did not help. The shorters/liars - some made money not all e.g.Pro did not. I don’t believe a word you say as you are a liar but not necessarily a shorter. Simples | padamster
17/5/2023 08:18 | The raise at 65p for $96m was a resounding success for new investors of course if they sold out close to the peak. The 18p raise a few years ago was also successful. See no reason why this won't be. Since those raises we've had very positive news from TW and Talitha admittedly with the disappointment of the Alkaid 2 drill thrown in. I see no reason why this raise won't be successful. Investor appetite was there for the placing and we have new institutions on the register. I see no reason why the share price won't hit 30-40p before the SMD drill especially with the Netherland IER and hopefully positive news from the farmout process. The company retains 100% of the assets and are fully funded for the near term | poohbear1
17/5/2023 08:11 | Here they cum, helpful and pro's crabs joining forces for the common lying scum. | madd_rip
17/5/2023 08:05 | Wow Padamster, you just spin in a vortex of your own biases, as well as struggling with basic arithmetic. On the one hand the shorts are forcing down the price, but on the other they didn't make money. As I write spread bets are closing about 17.6p yet it has only traded into a 17 handle for the last 5 days, 2 of which were the weekend. How can shorts not have made money? | hpcg
17/5/2023 08:04 | Price crashing further as the full horror of the company's position sinks in Very much a Hail Mary binary bet now, as the convertible death bell continues to toll Only mushroom now And lemming | sandcrab2
17/5/2023 07:47 | Considering you predicted 20p, 15p and 10p don’t expect anyone to tell you how great you are at predicting..... ...and it’s very unlikely to drop to 15p. I could be wrong but I doubt this will drop under the placing price as it has been way oversold given the assets. | michaelsadvfn
17/5/2023 07:37 | Cor blimey, guv! What about director interest? Jay Cheatham bought £120,000 worth of placing shares. Last September he sold £1,604,200 worth of shares. Justin Hondris bought £60,000 worth of placing shares. Last September he sold £2,468,000 worth of shares. Robert Rosenthal bought £120,000 worth of placing shares. Last September he sold £1,110,600 worth of shares. Always a good indicator of where a company is heading are director buy/sells. Be careful. | helpfull |
