16/5/2023 23:16 | "Given the circumstances they’ve done well to get a placing away. The read across is you take the dilution in the equity or in the farm in. There is no farm in and the equity interest in terms of firepower comes in barely over $10m. Stay alive money." A relatively modest fundraise and 100% interest retained. | gorgeousgeorge01
16/5/2023 22:35 | Industry could have participated at these levels, even as a punt. As far as I can ascertain there has been no third party capital going into this punt over the last few years. It’s hardly surprising given the drill data. | winthorpeiii

16/5/2023 21:47 | Fair comment rabito! | hiddendepths
16/5/2023 21:32 | Justin had $42M contingency built into his last placing. There are multiple reasons this wasn't enough, very little of which can be blamed on Justin.Small placing done, we move on. | rabito79
16/5/2023 21:29 | I thought they wanted to drill talitha 2, theta west and alkaid. Wheres the money for that? They should never have got the bonds... this will be their downfall. | neo26
16/5/2023 20:26 | Officerdigby - name me one institution that would have invested during drilling when some of them took part for the very drilling campaign you are referring to? It makes no sense what you are saying | padamster
16/5/2023 20:17 | Justin, should hang his head in shame!Where was the insurance policy raise during drilling @>£1.00.It could have been done easy in the excitement.Chap should get sacked IMO should have forced the OAP's to get an insurance policy ($10-20m).What on earth were they thinking or were they thinking at all? | officerdigby
16/5/2023 19:40 | A friends and family placing a la Todd Kozel? GKP became a 20 bagger in short order! | hiddendepths
16/5/2023 19:37 | As good as any holder had wished for i suppose, Directors, Management, advisers all participating. | michaelsadvfn
16/5/2023 19:22 | Unhelpful spin it however you want as it’s irrelevant now | padamster
16/5/2023 19:21 | Here they come with all their caveats, no one actually meant they couldn't raise the money. | mlf51
16/5/2023 19:17 | Cor blimey, guv! "You ask where the outside interest is? Let me give you a clue - these words - Institutional Investors" How much are they paying for each barrel of oil in the ground? $1, $3.1 or $10? Or nothing? This is the result of 4 or 5 months dithering. Whilst the share price plunged. Adding on the fund raise the company is valuing the 1.7 billion of recoverable oil at about £150 million. Is that about 10p a barrel of oil. What does that tell you? Be careful. | helpfull
16/5/2023 19:13 | Hpcg - spin it however you want as it’s irrelevant | padamster
16/5/2023 19:03 | It was me. Once again this was in the context of a take private bid not a small placing. So there you go, the valuation in the market right now for new money is 17p. Enjoy. | hpcg
16/5/2023 19:01 | ugh, what a putz...the deal flew out the door and I reckon the Company could easily have raised 2x the eventual total. But they didn't want to at these (far too low) levels because they didn't need to. Meanwhile, best guess is much of the fall from the 23-25p level has been on the back of short selling in hopes of either a distressed placing at a stupid level like 10p or a large retail tranche which would allow many of them to cover into the deal. Instead, the deal went almost entirely to long-term, knowledgeable HNWs and institutions who aren't likely to be sellers for a minor 10/20%, and at a price very near today's close. Look for a bounce back to that 23-25p range and then a move higher on news.... | echoridge
16/5/2023 18:59 | Unhelpful read the rns. You ask where the outside interest is? Let me give you a clue - these words - Institutional Investors 😂 | padamster
16/5/2023 18:50 | Cor blimey, guv! The worst of the three outcomes for Pantheon. Where is the interest from outside? No show for a reason? Didn't they open the data room? Instead they have raised enough money to test the SMD. They would have been better to try for another $96 million, but times have changed and they have been backed into a corner. The story is less believable. God help shareholders if the SMD test goes awry for any reason. The target is 10p. But my gut feeling is that it might go lower. Drastically so. Be careful. | helpfull
16/5/2023 18:48 | Bull - how’s your short on NVDA? I see truant got totally wasted on NVDA his alleged second largest short to Panr which he took out at around $160 and it’s now nearly $300 dollars. My heart bleeds for him 😂. Then again I hear he bets £1 a point so he may not be hurting too much ! | padamster
16/5/2023 18:45 | It was Hcpg I was alluding to and not you kaos3 😂😂 | padamster
16/5/2023 18:36 | Lmao imagine gloating that the fundraiser is at 17p instead of 10p after sinking from 150p within the last 18months lmao. Utterly deluded | thebull8 |
