Cor blimey, guv!

"the bears are ratled"

I can only hear the noise of the crank handle being turned.

Trying to jump start the old jalopy for a run.

"Wood Mackenzie recently noted that Theta West was the fourth biggest global discovery in 2022*."

How many times has that been repeated. It was in the video update a few weeks back. Comes with a sting in the tail.

"* Wood Mackenzie, "Alaska Upstream Review of 2022", March 2023; more appraisal and production tests required before discovery considered commercial"

Oopsy! It comes with a stinging caveat when it is repeated in a RNS. Commerciality.

A few years before that consideration.

Be careful.

The MW campaign and it's hangers on also had a major part to play. The sentiment was destroyed by their accusations of fraud and BOD nefariousness

OfficerDigby,

They need to see if anything flows in the SMD before drilling any laterals, as they did with Alkaid-1.
Fracking into that gas cap really has destroyed the share price here so they will not want a repeat performance.

Grapes a bit sour for the bears. Why don't you all close and eff off?"

You've seen the shareprice right forwood? You have the shareprice graph the correct way around right? The fundraise is at 17p. You can try reverse psychology all you like to make the situation more palatable for yourself. But you will need to face reality soon.

17p.

Actually, 88E for it's sins. Always manages to get a placing away in the middle of exciting drilling times. "Due to demand".Maybe not during All 2 testing but how about somewhere after TW. When excitement had peaked.Fact is they put all their eggs I. The Alk 2. And the result is the current share price and current fund raise...I'm not sure just a vertical test if SMD is really going to cut much here TBH. Maybe, a 30-40p.. but there not proof they're horizontal multifracking works in any of their reservoirs...Who knows?

the 10% flipper are keen.. they raised way more than I expected.

104,179,027 new shares + 787,860,000 existing shares = 892,039,027

104179027 / 892039027 new shares 11.68% as per RNS

Cor blimey, guv!

Speaking as a muppet!

Cast your mind back to the interim results on 31 Mar 2023. Not 2 months ago.

The cash position on 30 Mar 2023 was $10.8 million. That was more than the $10.5 million the company initially asked for yesterday. And enough to carry out everything listed "to do" in future months. Why didn't the company simply go ahead with SMD testing then? Has that cash been burnt up?

Or did the company hope someone would ante up and farm in? And so dithered but no interest in a farm in was shown. Where is that interest?

The silence speaks volumes.

There has been an 11% dilution. The testing of the SMD is now of critical importance. Any wobble could be devastating to the share price. There are several months of prevaricating before shareholders will find out.

And there is the next, much larger, cash raise to look forward to.

Be careful.
