As the "guild" was formed less than 2.5 years ago....it must mean that the share price is lower now than when the "guild" was formed. Blimey. No wonder they are very excited.

How many posts does someone need to post??? ....and if 'too many', what does any reasonable person, believe / feel the reason why that individual needs to post, for so many times? I'm no psychologist, but guessing that there is plenty of material / motive / deep rooted personal trauma / insecurity that's based upon their posts! IMOHappy to meet up and let them vent their issues personally!! Xx

I see that WH Ireland have downgraded their valuation of PANR...... Dont agree with their summary, plenty of companies are raising money, however I can agree that for a company with the history of Texas and so far in Alaska, things might be more difficult for certain companies to raise funds without a very big discount.

One suspects the note is "getting people ready" for a big low priced dilution, be it placing shares or "death spiral" convertible loan...........soften the blow, get people ready to embrace what is coming...... ????????

The comment "all but closed"........says to me, imo..........brace yourselves for a big discount/dilution........
