Really have no idea why the management have waited so long to raise. They should have raised when they said they needed to raiae. The uncertainty around the certainty has trashed the price. Further indication of the poor management in panr. In fact, so poor, that pi's have to step in to try to do a raise for a pitiful amount. Utter shambles.

Whats a small raise? They need to pay the bonds every 3 months and thats ridiculous dilution.They want to drill alkaid, theta and talitha.Small raise wont cut it.

bit of a late bounce from low 18s to 19p. got my avg down today. had to buy in small amounts.

They could have sold out, and now purchased lots more shares at a lower price.

Really really disgusting from scotty if he (and his cohorts) have been messaging people in private telling them not to sell and hold on...........
