25/4/2023 10:20 | Yes, you shared/spread false information, just like you did with falsified doxxing tweet. Please not it was altogether obvious you would come back with the, just commenting on astrocourt post. | ![]() rabito79
25/4/2023 09:58 | Rabito.... My comment was based on what astorcourt posted. They said scotty, whoever that is... She or he or whatever gender, texted them. And scot126 is filtered.. So I have no idea what they write or say. | pro_s2009
25/4/2023 09:48 | These crooks should be in prison. But we know state of Russia, and their corrupts ;) | maxxy1
25/4/2023 09:25 | I see at least 50% dilution in share capitol.Lesson for future, when directors sell, one should also sell. Imho | ![]() neo26
25/4/2023 08:11 | Death Spiral Convertible Loan in action.....the lower the share price, the more shares the Bond Holder gets, the more shorting there is, the lower the share price goes......... all very simple. A company in need of cash to fund their plans ahead, and with a death spiral loan onging - always gets trashed imo. The people who might put money into a fund raise, will want the share price as low as possible......simple really. Maximise profit and minimise risk. And here we have a history of operational problems and Texas and Alaska now....... to add all to that. Quite simply, this has been a stonking sell imo for a long time, since the directors sold at over 120p levels. Anyone who has been holding on and topping up all the way down is a fool imo. Just wait for the fund raise if you want to buy is that I think and have said for a very long time........ | pro_s2009
25/4/2023 08:08 | The bonds is destroying panr, they neèd a plan. This is already at ridiculous price, panr board need to man up quickly.. | ![]() neo26
25/4/2023 07:31 | We'll it wasn't without grounds was it ..... we explained the grounds from our "actual experience" and compared to the past 14 years I've followed the stock. The interpretation is just that and idea when trying to extra some logically explanation. | sirmark
25/4/2023 00:03 | That is if there is any "intended farm in partner"........have you ever considered its all just talk and that nobody is really interested ???? And so the share price must now go down to a level at which the people with money will force it to, in order for PANR to raise more funds ? The pipe dream being played by the pipers is that a massive farm in is coming......and just need a little bit more cash....... The reality is imo, they want to drill Theta West and potentially another Talitha well this coming winter and long lead time items need to be ordered....and so, a big dilutive fund raise is coming, enough for the whole planned winter 23/24 program and also tide them over for this summers messing around at Alkaid. | pro_s2009
24/4/2023 22:25 | Any intended farm in partner could be building a stake as well ... they could farm in for a small percentage but for the same investment gain 10% of the whole company. Food for thought ! | sirmark |
