The Bollies have started to widen ever so slightly. The share price is meandering lower. But nothing is 100% certain. Up or down is your choice.

This is clearly excellent news that has been twisted to look bad. MMs will shake the tree to get cheap loose stock from those that don't know what it means. But whoosh for those that know who will average down.

Because the thing is - if "prove it" means prove commercial flows, then you have "get a partner" after it. But I thought you were sure that a farm in would be done to raise cash? Now I'm really confused. So you are also saying what most of us have been saying? That the cash raise will be by a discounted share price raise?

Farm out process will take months, share price could be well in the teens by then.Imho have have to do a JV or FO as raising the capital they need will be nigh on impossible.

I've just done my research on Google mlf51 - thanks for the heads up. Google told me that, in your sequence of events, you missed the bit about proving commercial flows. So where does that fit in your sequence please? Before or after "get a partner". TIA.

You're beginning to sound (even more) clueless. You do realise that the share price will inevitably track to the placing price? In which case, if I wanted to, I will be able to participate at the placing price. If that happens to be below 10p, I might consider it. But only might.
