20/4/2023 20:37 | There was also this classic 😂😂 On reflection the below post has similarities with scam artist especially when you have been caught out so many times now shall we say being “economic with the truth”. JakNife13 Jan '23 - 09:12 - 31534 of 31569 0 1 1 rich2006, "The likes of truant and his side kick Jacknife have only one agenda. Making money at others expense, they have no morals and along with Pro would say one thing today and another tomorrow to make a penny." You've so 100% got this wrong. But you won't understand that (or even accept it) until you finally realise where the real lack of morals lies. Right from day one, every single word that I've written here has been completely true. The investment case for Pantheon was disastrously poor. And actually, the people who were telling you porky pies were your board of directors who massively inflated expectations, well in excess of of what should have been reasonably expected. But your board needed shareholders to buy shares because they've got a massive death spiral convertible out there that is dependent upon there being retail demand for the shares. The real "lack of morals" is at board level and actually I've demonstrated incredibly high moral fortitude in telling you the truth in the face of rude obnoxious attacks from the long crowd. And I'm sorry to say but that long crowd have simply been the "useful idiots" in this particular share promotion. How else do you characterise, for example, someone who genuinely believes themselves when they tell you that the flare is indicating oil flow of 1,500 to 2,300 BOPD when the actual oil flow was only 200 bopd? I accept that many longs won't accept this particular characterisation of the position right now. But in my personal experience, in time a small percentage will reluctantly come round to my way of thinking. Like I keep saying, this is not my first rodeo, I have observed this sort of behaviour many a time before. JakNife | ![]() rich2006
20/4/2023 20:31 | Jacknife Calling your posts out as the usual bull sh-t. Short or selective memory on your behalf, No need to trawl back through loads of post, the shorters, yourself specifically with your sidekick truant scaremongering, posting deliberately false and misleading information with talk of an urgent fundraise being required in February. See the copied post of a previous copied post of yours below. rich2006 - 14 Mar 2023 - 22:04:58 - 32174 of 32804 PANR - Alaska North Slope (moderated) - PANR Jacknife Remember this do we.. SO Just for the record. thebull85 Jan '23 - 21:48 - 31215 of 31217 0 0 1 So…… Best guesses for date and amount of the upcoming fundraiser. I’ll start $66million at the end of January JakNife5 Jan '23 - 22:38 - 31216 of 31217 0 0 0 thebull8, I think that you need to include a price if we're going to have a competition. I'll take: $25m fund raise at $0.30 a share (c. 25p) in the second week of February, all in straight equity, no more convertible bond. JakNife WinthorpeIII5 Jan '23 - 23:06 - 31217 of 31217 0 0 0 Based on that hypothetical premise…â The issue is how do you raise a credible amount that gives some contingency in the tank should things not go to plan? If $25m is the arbitrary figure, I’m not sure how you get there with no meaningful installed institutional base standing their corner. Maybe a big push on primary bid would help but that’s still a lot to go after from private investors however committed they are to the investment case. Not impossible but looks challenging. JakNife20 Apr '23 - 12:01 - 32794 of 32803 0 1 0 PADAMSTER, In the interests of an easy life let me take you at your word and correct my previous words: "It wasn't so long ago that the longs (other than PADAMSTER) were adamant that no fund raise was necessary". Happy Thursday! JakNife | ![]() rich2006
20/4/2023 14:53 | Ageeed maxxy1 it’s not really difficult for normal factual individuals like us. But there are those out there telling lies. | ![]() padamster
20/4/2023 13:33 | Below 20p soon..... Next sirmark bottom will be 10p then....????? If the data room is not open perhaps they know that nobody will be interested and so going straight to a dilutive fund raise...??? | pro_s2009
20/4/2023 12:03 | So now you insist every long term holder has confirmed on advfn that there would be no funding required. Put the shovel down. It just sounds ridiculous what you are saying | ![]() padamster
20/4/2023 11:57 | Haha Jaknife - your response tells me you are telling lies again - how surprising. Good luck if you have kids and this is what you teach them | ![]() padamster |
