The trouble with tribbles is that they don't listen.

I think he said he might re-enter at a later date. These falls can go in waves. I think a renowned poster on this thread pointed out "shorters" should have closed at 40p a few weeks ago and made use of the subsequent rise to about 57p. Even had the temerity to criticise moi.

That's from December 2022. $2.86 million or £2.39 million. Which would be about 8.5 million shares at 27p.

Am not counting on a cash settlement of the principal and interest but am expecting something, maybe a non binding agreement not to sell the shares for a period or under a certain level. That would be in the interests of both parties.

Currently Panthion are pumping hydrocarbons out of the ground at (gross) say $40,000 dollars a day. Yes there are some over heads, not $40,000 of them.

How does this "death spiral" work when after 100 days, the $4 million. They have pumped more oil and made more cash than I think that the loans need to cover?

One way for the BOD to create significant value in the short term is for them to pay the convertible interest in cash not shares. It would be akin to Warren Buffett buying back shares in Berkshire Hathaway when he thinks it is trading below intrinsic value. This would wrong foot the shorters and create a lot more market value than the $4m cash cost. Here's hoping...
