I would agree that the timing of the video, which basically imo coincides with first initial flows after fraccing, is a key event.

Filmed weeks ago, there would be no reason to wait until now unless you did not want to put out a positive PR video to follow it up later with some bad news.

So more than likely they have initial "good signs" and feel confident to release the PR video with.....more to follow.

So.....the needle swings to "likely positive news coming" - away from neutral.

As I understand it depends on how much they perf but I think iirc 10ft elsewhere 80-100 good flow 150+ would be amazing This is only my view :)

2mln traded so far on the OTC 1.17mln in one trade (looked like a sell tbh but as otc haven't a clue ) flip side now $1.59 + 10% so either-way in the price and moving up

Forwood I saw the to, but this one on the bell is very similar to the ones that have been reported and an RNS has followed on about 7/8 occasions... I used to keep count equally there was about 4/5 times outside of that that it didn't.

Either way at some point we will know :)

Nice to see the video and the reaction. The BoD would know exactly what they are doing by releasing that video and the expected reaction. I am expecting news Monday or week Monday.

Ended well. We did actually touch 122, but only £2k done. Tomorrow will be interesting. If there isn't an RNS Monday, we might see a gradual rise during the week, so in some ways hoping there isn't.

No real date expectations to be honest mate (only that I expect our news in the next 7/8 sessions at the latest) but when it comes, it comes as long as the news is as good as we hope.. I think it's going to massively delivery personally...but then I'm a glass half full sort of guy with a chaser of sweet light crude on the top.

Shares magazine out today has a lead article (I get it courtesy of a small SIPP with AJ Bell) on:

"Ditching Russia: why it could be time to boost investment in oil and gas drilling, and renewable energy

The West’s decision to shun Russia as an energy provider suggests more money will need to be invested in oil and gas drilling and renewables. Shares looks at stocks and funds positioned for this change."

They don't actually name any exploration companies, which is odd, given the subject, but Baker Hughes gets a mention. Will try and email the author with a heads up!

FWIW my take away from the video, given that they ended it with the following statement 'The well IS NOW being hydraulically stimulated and tested'is that they are saying that nothing else has gone wrong, no mishaps or delays. The only thing that can stop us blasting through £2 now is the very small chance that the LBFF at TW is inferior to that found at Talitha. And those unwilling to risk money at this stage are very likely to lose profit, which is still lost money. I prefer to run with my winners, especially when the alternatives are inferior.

I think so. It's a powerful statement with a very positive (one might say victorious) sound track. But it's helped in my view by anticipation of news Monday, which would have led to a rise tomorrow. The fall back towards the sell-off low post the Talitha 'mishap' was also overdone, in part based on a calculation that TW results might not come until sometime next week coupled with probable sales by bondholders.
