Nope, you were implying that decline rates within the modelled decline rates would be negative. This is misleading and I stand by my comments.

Fair comment Pro - I’ve amended HD’s term ‘permabullR17; to the phrase ‘extremely bullish’…;…….because it’s the right thing to do.

You seem to have got very emotional about this though last night, not like you. Have a 🤗.

Good to see that the challenges have reined your narrative in somewhat.

So then Rabito......your original post earlier today was misleading, as it was incorrect.

Do you admit it was misleading as it contained a false accusation ?

God this is pathetic. You will recall you offered Scot a bet that you would stop posting if the decline rates never dropped more than 30% in the first x number of months. At the time I checked the example decline rate curves Pantheon had issued and noted the decline rate you proposed was within the rates modelled. I was not the only person to comment on this at the time I believe Tele/Energy Hobbs did also (apologies for referencing you Tele), as he did with your 'not enough pressure to keep the fracks open comment'.You keep posting misleading technical claims and false narratives all you want. It's beyond tiresome having to correct them. Well done to you and all your supporters.

Does seem to be a trend here......Rabito constantly attempts to mislead people that I am making false and misleading statements......take the post above.

That post is misleading, and obviously there is no "quoted post" just some "stange recollection it might have been said". Yes of course you "appear to remember it but cannot quote it".........

Same as PoS misleading that I was some kind of permabull on EME, when in fact I constantly posted its a binary bet and 90% down or a ten bagger.

Strange that those attempting to portray a "misleading agenda" are in fact themselves posting a misleading agenda.

Looks like some kind of vendetta or coordinated attack is going on, trying to present a misleading agenda against me........

I find it all very misleading....are we all being misled by potentially misleading posts from Rabito ?

What agenda is at play here ? Why are people misleading others ? Why are people pretending to be misled ? Are they in fact fully aware but just feigning being misled ?

Is anyone feeling misled ? I am feeling very misled now by Rabito and PoS.

Its as if a "game of entrapment" is being played, by pretending to be misled, when in fact, that in itself is misleading and those people are in fact misleading others with misleading accusations and atetmpting to create misleading rumours of misleading posts, all very misleading !!!!

Quote the post... I don't recall saying that.

Therefore quote the post if you want to make accusations.

And if you cannot quote an exact post with the accusation then you should edit your post to remove any false accusations you are making

Like Empyrean HD - where he took others down with him - 90% loss was it? He was extremely bullish there, yet all you do is call him mischevious? Do you have some positive words for those who lost all their investment there?

Why do you and others find it so hard to openly say say that his style is deceitful and manipulative? Is it a price thing,,,,,,,can̵7;t admit it……R30;or do you just not see it - is it just the ‘norm’/modus operandi for those who have worked ‘in the city’ for a long time?

Not calling it out is, in my view, condoning it. AIMHO, DYOR etc.

I’ll leave you with this conceptual question - if you had to lose money, all else being equal, would you rather be deceived out of it maliciously, or lose it because you put your judgement in someone who was well-meaning and consistent, but ultimately turned out to be wrong?

Anyway, all the best to those good people who have integrity - don’t ever be afraid to call out what you think is wrong.

Well pos, what I was getting at was that people who are always bullish can, if they happen to be wrong as many are, take your investment right down the drainpipe if you trust them. Those who follow the flips and flops of Pro's positions will be buying, then selling then buying ...... They might even make money from it as his timing is often quite good. But no-one, however bewildered they might be by his flipflopping, is likely to lose the lot or even a big chunk.

I am far more hostile to those who profess utter belief with so much conviction and apparent credibility that some naive souls put way too many eggs into that particular basket and get pretty much wiped out. Yes, the prophets may well have a lot more morality than Pro but imho (and that's all it is) they are also far more dangerous to the innocent.

Caveat emptor is easy to say and a very wise motto but who speaks Latin these days? And hardly anyone puts DYOR after their posts any more. Come to think of it, maybe I'll start doing it again!

DYOR

What are you disagreeing with sandcrab? Please read my post and reflect. I wasn’t arguing over who’s lost more by what means - if you think that then I’m sorry, but you’ve missed the point.

Will you call out Pros deceitful and manipulative behaviour on his thread (irrespective of what you think about bulls or well-meaning CEOs)?

Hiddendepths - on Pros thread you said:

“I've known far more people damaged by well-meaning and consistent permabulls than anything pro has done”.

How can you compare if you don’t know the damage Pro has done? Or do you know the damage he has caused? Well done you for calling it out if that’s the case though. Is that the case? If so, please elaborate so everyone can see the impact.

Your approach is similar to those who say footballers shouldn’t get paid so much when nurses earn (relatively) so little. The arguments are independent - argue the case for nurses to get paid more, not footballers to get paid less!

In this case, you should absolutely be calling out Pro and his games, but instead you choose to negatively focus on those that are ‘well-meaning and consistent’.

The fundamental difference is summed up in one word “deceitfulR21;.

I’d take ‘well-meaning and consistent’ intent everyday over manipulative and deceitful. Each to their own I guess though.
