As far as I recall Tele was expecting 100-150bopd flow rate across TW zones and not 400. I may be wrong. We will need to await final testing to see what the numbers are but if and when recovery factors increase this looks likely to offset any lower flow rates and result in an increase to recoverable oil.

Astal it wasn't his analysis but he did post.The answer is complicated.only.doing 3 over 5 fracks.l and suspending before drilling fluids returned stuff like that gives you ~ 50-79% uncertainty on upside.

I wish that post had been mine. It was actually by Flight and AlaskaGeophiz but it was very well argued and not at all inconsistent with the results to date. Wait til the webinar (I assume there will be one) and, based on Bob saying reservoir quality was better, as expected, moving to TW from Talitha, I expect we will find that their analysis was on the money

2 things short-term traders may not be as aware of as longer-term holders are and which make holding PANR for a longer period the best option to make money for all -

- Conservatism consistently displayed by the BoD over the last year and more. The BoD does not overdo the messaging, if anything it understates what they have so there is plenty of upside to come eg recovery rates for 1.2bn is unrealistically low
- Trust and integrity - as a PI you build up a picture of the BoD over a period of time, from webinars, what they say and how they say it. Jay, Bob and the team are long in the tooth and have the utmost integrity - which makes today's RNS easy to take at face value. This is a BoD that plays it straight and if in doubt it doesn't make promises that can't be kept.

Today's RNS is a significant step on the way to proving up the assets PANR has. As I think Tele said last year, it's not about whether the oil is there and recoverable, it is about ascertaining how much of it there is. We are a bit closer to knowing that today but much more analysis and appraisal will follow. Potential partners will be encouraged to re-engage this year in my view prior to Alkaid. GLA

Thank you for the reply GG.I know Telemachus is held in high regard, and quite rightly so, so my question was on the basis of his post regarding flow rates.As the well met PANR pre drill expectations, then all is good. Perhaps T got his formula wrong somewhere.
