kun aguero - do you have any evidence of their "corruption" - if not I would be careful about accusing highly experienced and respected legal experts of such a thing especially in writing. That is I believe libel.

Not running late, the arbitrators have never given a timetable. Only RS's two predictions ('end 2014', 'very near future') have raised expectations.

I think the arbitrators are in 100% control of the timetable, OXS (and the Uzbeks) are not.

Some large buy trades just now perhaps signify that many believe the outcome is nigh though much the same could have been said earlier today when the largish trades were sells.

Fascinating (when there is time) to watch.

RS is clever, and has steered us through some very arduous situations so far, I for one trust his decisions and the "very near future" just got nearer, only the most loyal and patient will be rewarded here, and that's how it should be IMO.
