The share price decline is probably due to RAB or Darwin sales and possibly the result of the CLN holders (in a fund that is likely to be wound up) taking shares valued at 8p - relatively minimal dilution. This scenario is infinitely preferable than OXS having to cough up $12m that they don't possess next Monday. Dec 14th is when the CLN's were due to expire. Well done RS and RW on this as the dilution could have been horrendous. I am also sure that they said very near future with good reason and anyone suggesting that it was to get the loan notes converted at 8p is almost certainly being libellous.

Just as i predicted share price returning back to pre BS and pumped levels.

Low volume flush, wishful thinking GS. share price will continue to fall until there is positive news.

Imho that will be sometime in 2016

Gs this has been a low volume flush according to you for the duration of the fall.... there are no buyers , they are looking for buyers to unload darwin to.. potential buyers want a discount.. the RS discount for misleading the market on a number of occasions.RS reputation is starting to stink.

This will continue to drip down until we have news of the Arbi result. It was a good deal at 4p when we were all +ve, it should be a better deal at 3p imho

The longer this goes on the more it will appear that RS made that statement in order to get the CLN deal done, it is his reputation that is being tarnished, and depending on the verdict he may need to find work again, for that reason I dont think it was deliberately meisleading, perhaps just incredibly naive.

I have requested the authorities to look into the "Very near future" statement.

CEO needs to explain the statement.
