05/10/2015 12:16 | No leaks. RAB may just have told the MM's they aren't playing ball until a certain level ? Simple supply and demand. Look how it moved straight to the next technical level of resistance at 4.625p | the stigologist

05/10/2015 12:13 | We are due not just interest since expropriation but also dividends. For those who are unaware a DCF is a present value calculation at a given time. As time progresses and value accrues then the DCF value should increase. | the stigologist
05/10/2015 12:13 | Could take a breather at 5.6 but more likely to rise to around 10p in the next couple of days | dr darkstar

05/10/2015 12:12 | so whats being suggested over on LSE is:- Settlement to be paid by way of takeover by someone paying the award and Uzbek giving them the assets to mine.? Interesting. | apfindley
05/10/2015 12:12 | Edg - yes hopefully will have basic legal cost of $6.15m paid | dave444
05/10/2015 12:11 | Not a regular poster but keeping more of an eye on the board lately, with the recent news and moves. Just one comment about calculations, I believe the fully converted share count will be closer to 670m rather than 650m? I first bought Oxus back in 2006 and was in and out until 2008. I bought back in January this year to see it through to the end... For what it's worth, my own estimates are for a share price of between 12p and 25p on a successful outcome, depending on the level of the award (based on guestimates of costs and a factor taking into account the process to recover any sum awarded). The share price appears to be doing very well today :0) | davius
05/10/2015 12:09 | Dave, You'll also find that OXS are highly likely to claim for costs both legal and arbitration costs if they win an award. From memory the article I posted regarding Yukos they received something like 75% of legal and arbitration costs as well as the award plus interest. Regards, Ed. | edgein
05/10/2015 12:09 | RAB and the chart technicals only thing holding this back now. 50:50 on a potential 0-100p. In a fair market a coin toss on a win of 0p or 100p should be worth 50p Given this is actually 'according to the experts' a 70:30 coin toss on a 50p-100p valuation the actual Expected Return value should be 35-70p ? | the stigologist
05/10/2015 12:08 | Look forward to a jump to over 50p! | h2owater
05/10/2015 12:08 | and we're off! woooooshhh! | 78steve |
