06/10/2015 11:04 | Agreed Trade Wise I added anyway at 0.3372 EDIT which is now in the blue! | maytrees
06/10/2015 11:04 | that's not what the short termers want to hear.. they want to get rich in 3 days before they have to settle. | skez13
06/10/2015 11:03 | And it is only being drawn down by £100k a month ! | the stigologist
06/10/2015 11:02 | i dont see this as terribly bad news. Even if they win tomorrow, they will need funding for the foreseeable future, as the money isnt going to arrive the next day. This ensures it ties them over until the award is in the bank acc. One could take the view that this funding is in preparation of the award (hopefully) that the company announced was to be made 'very soon'. | trade wise
06/10/2015 11:02 | bye bye short termers! normal business to resume on this thread. | skez13
06/10/2015 11:01 | Lol 1.2mill is peanuts as market cap is now near £25mill so very little dilution | apfindley
06/10/2015 11:01 | Day trader crazyness - another chunk for me at a good price (3.375!). We just raised at a premium 5.25p. The company needs cash irrespective of award from arbitration outcome - this is prudent and protects from dilution based on when funds can be obtained from any award. Nothing to see here back to news in the very near future... | dusseldorf
06/10/2015 11:00 | Good news IMO - RS is shrewd !If we win tomorrow could still be months for payment !This sends a clear message that insolvency is NOT happening.Too many sheep arrived smelling fresh easy scran - bye bye lemmings... | bobtheslob
06/10/2015 10:59 | All buys now. | garbut
06/10/2015 10:58 | Yes i agree 2 things i avoid leverage and stop losses. I trust RS. | pug151
06/10/2015 10:55 | Well said Stig. I awlays wonder what I would of been like if I still had that leverage facility for Oxus. I used to do it with Shanta Gold and got up to £250,000 worth of shares. While I had just 20 grand and sinking fast to my name. In the end I was wipped out. | tivoliworldgaming
06/10/2015 10:55 | Good news! Now flush day traders! | razoblade
06/10/2015 10:53 | Where are all the BULLSH*TTERS who said this was going to 5p today? LOL. | papillon
06/10/2015 10:53 | lh.... if there was a delay... he would have had to retract the "very soon" remark | soul limbo
06/10/2015 10:52 | Surely it's funding to pursue the award. If Darwin have been good to Oxus, why not let them benefit by sorting this now prior to the award. Good news IMO. | martinmarv
06/10/2015 10:52 | Its called scalping t traders and would top up if I wasn't overloaded already | tburns
06/10/2015 10:52 | lol securing contingent funding for a year to show the Uzbeks they can't play that card well played by RS the histrionics on show are from the leveraged margin traders you should only be in this if you are bought and paid up | the stigologist
06/10/2015 10:51 | so frustrating | lithological heterogeneities
06/10/2015 10:51 | Really annoyed with this new 12 month deal | lithological heterogeneities
06/10/2015 10:50 | I think the market reaction overdone | pug151
06/10/2015 10:50 | The company are simply covering themselves in case it takes the Uzbeks a while to pay up. I would say that the financing is on good terms as we have the option to buy back the notes at a premium without dilution. | pennys2pounds
06/10/2015 10:49 | the ceo is blowing hot with cold. what an idiot. | soul limbo
06/10/2015 10:49 | What is going on ? | lithological heterogeneities |
