24/9/2015 14:58 | I think RS is doing with the interims what he did with the agm -leaving until the last minute just in case news comes first. Why not there is nothing else to report. | pug151
24/9/2015 14:36 | LOL at GS for 23928 | paule3
24/9/2015 14:06 | The OXS share price is just moving sideways (shown in tight Bollinger Bands) on low volume. The next RNS could cause a big rise up (or big fall down). HOPEFULLY THE FORMER!! | papillon
24/9/2015 13:59 | Just wishful thinking on your part, GS! Let's all just be patient and await the next RNS. | papillon
24/9/2015 13:47 | It's a great thought that the money may be showing on the account, and perhaps there is a delay in reformatting the document to accommodate for large numbers ! | giant steps
24/9/2015 13:46 | ... or a £600m 'exceptional item'. Ha ha... | festario
24/9/2015 13:37 | Lol! Can you imagine RS staying silent but the interims reflecting a £300m debtor?!!! Not that I'd be complaining mind! | grasshopper73
24/9/2015 13:10 | I'm afraid I disagree, martinmarv. RS has absolutely no idea when the decision will be published - as he confirmed at the AGM. He would be very surprised if he doesn't hear before the end of this year but given his "biggest mistake" in sending the timing RNS last year he isn't going to go into writing on that. One interesting point which he mentioned at the AGM is that he wasn't completely clear whether or not the award itself would be confidential. This was a point he said he had raised with Uzbekistan and with the panel but he didn't see to have reached a definitive view. Although I don't think it at all likely, it is a slim possibility that the award has been made and their taking advice on how to reflect it in the accounts - I know that this is what I always check very quickly when the interim and YE accounts are published! | wilfy75
24/9/2015 12:49 | "If they'd have been out already it would have suggested that's there's no chance of a ruling before end of sept. The fact that we are still waiting imo shows that RS thinks that it's a real possibility of receiving it before then, otherwise why not just issue the report now." That could be just wishful thinking on your part. I hope that is not the case, but so much posted on the message boards is just wishful thinking. | papillon
24/9/2015 12:14 | I'm pleased that we have not yet had the interims yet. If they'd have been out already it would have suggested that's there's no chance of a ruling before end of sept. The fact that we are still waiting imo shows that RS thinks that it's a real possibility of receiving it before then, otherwise why not just issue the report now. Here's hoping for a ruling over the weekend and a 7am Monday RNS!! | martinmarv
24/9/2015 10:54 | Bored. Can we have our money now? | wilfy75
24/9/2015 10:16 | wulber I've always espoused the view as a long term investor you should only invest what you are prepared to lose here because the outcome is to all intents and purposes binary. However within that long term investor view there is also room for a traders view and I think given the rest of the market being on dodgy ground and the heightened expectation of news here the stock merits a greater weighting for traders right now. | the stigologist
24/9/2015 10:07 | For those fully loaded, obviously news ASAP is the desired result. For those still adding to their holding, then news being held off is the preferred. Personally, I have a sizeable holding (by my standards) so either way, whether news now or later, makes little difference to me as I will continue to top up with dry powder when it arrives. | wulber
24/9/2015 08:24 | OXS on offer at 2.99p Some folk may be wondering if this is the last sub 3p pricing before news | giant steps
24/9/2015 07:55 | Thanks Stig, some excellent reminders. | giant steps
23/9/2015 21:57 | Hope this arbitration verdict saga doesn't carry on into 2016. | papillon
23/9/2015 19:55 | Exactly, that's what i'm thinking | giant steps
23/9/2015 19:49 | Supermoonshoot | the stigologist
23/9/2015 19:29 | If OXS have news on monday then this would be some combination with a supermoon ! | giant steps
23/9/2015 16:18 | £1:$1.52 is looking good for our payout! | dave444
23/9/2015 15:33 | Courboy, I was told the same. All we can guess from this is that RS believes that there is a chance that the result could come between now and end of sept, otherwise why hold it back? My personal thoughts are that RS will know a likely timescale and I doubt if a result will come out of the blue for him. I'm sure the lawyers are in the loop and will be reporting back.
