As for your comment "This imo will drag on.", one has to say the process is mature and perhaps close to an outcome, especially as it was thought the merits and quantum news would arrive by the end of 2014. On this basis it looks overdue, now counting at least 16 months from the final hearing. Further, some may speculate that Darwin was dismissed with an expectation of resolution in 2015.

Are we in for another low volume day? That would indicate everyone is settled and waiting for the news to come. I can't see many people trying to trade this with the result imminent.

Weekly chart shaping up nicely. Look where the MACD turn is happening. Last time we had a MACD cross and move up from this level it was the 2p to 5p move in February. Also seeing a breakout of the medium term downtrend since that February move. Stealth move occurring on noticeably higher weekly volume than recent weeks. Expect a proper high volume (50m+) candle soon.

I assume that the early morning seller has now switched to the late afternoon though interestingly there have since then been rather more buys than sells (by my reckoning).
