26/3/2010 14:44 | MALC 5 will Marvf join us in the USA and continue tis colney hatch entertainment? However all the sells are gobbled up without change in the bid. The institutions who bought well above this are topping p. The US market will be more speculative and I anticipate a full house on the launch | whilest2
26/3/2010 11:20 | Marv, You seem to have serious issues, not just with omh but any one or anything that is connected with it, take my advice and go and see someone to help you to deal with these problems, because you are not just endangering yourself but others around you. | malc5

24/3/2010 16:16 | Still mopping up! :-) | malc5
22/3/2010 23:15 | Qackers, thanks for links. Whilest2, Malc5, I am with you. No point selling now, particularly given they are merely relisting in country that knows their product better and is where, as it stands, the market is. So, a definitely better forward looking picture if you had originally believed in the tech and product. I do, even if some may call that ignorant. Can't imagine XT-8 getting three distinctive awards if it isn't a good tech. Agree with Eaglet's calc - think anywhere between $6 - $8 / share depending on demand. share price will probably move in the next two months prior to delist whilst "roadshow" is being held and this might mean the lower or higher range. Can't imagine the existing shareholders of which comprises mgmt and large institutions that backed it up in historical and recent fund raising will want to see their own shares diluted. We are merely small part of it! Good luck. | ngen yap
22/3/2010 22:03 | Malc Yes, AND without a drop n the bid - looks as if everyone wants to play except the stale old holders. We shall see.... | whilest2

22/3/2010 15:27 | Its certainly been an interesting ride for about the last 10 years. | redhill
22/3/2010 15:25 | This is all very interesting. Presumably the investors in December (including new US investors) were briefed on the likely IPO price, which must be at least $7 (2.05p x 230 x 1.50) or they would not have put up the new money. This values the existing share capital at about $50 million, to which must be added the $40 million of new money to be raised in the IPO, to make an initial capitalisation of $90 million. I would expect the indicative IPO price to be announced well before the AIM listing is cancelled in May, in order to allow the brokers to pre-market the new shares. On the other hand it may all crater as it did last time! | eaglet
22/3/2010 14:27 | Whether or not it ends in tears it will be an interesting ride. | whilest2
22/3/2010 13:41 | Malc I agree. A lot of people must have known about the move, and the US advisors must have told the Company of their view of the opening price. | whilest2 |
