Sequoia, just for the record they have increased by 68% under Volvere's 'Shareholder value'. Taking over three years to do that and I STILL have a few shares there.

Interestingly, I moved to CS. [Corus] at the right time with
NMT's lost, making a nice profit when Tata took them out.

I moved yesterday into a little known 'water company'. Hopefully
that will go the same way as Corus.

you are not alone on heading for the exit and I don't blame you. However, think the US is the place for this share and I notice that all the sales are
being mopped up.

The end of the OMH road for me today?

Having read the Proposed Scheme over the weekend I choose to hit
the sell button today?

In my short post the other week – the day before the announcement,
I said that OMH did not want the UK investors and would be looking
for ways to rid themselves of us. This I think is confirmed where they
say that they will not be issuing share certs. on conversion to GenMark.

Nominee a/cs' only.

As a cert. holder in all my investments that was the final piece of straw
in this bag of manure they call Osmetech.

Good luck to all who choose to sail on. Its been good fun reading the
posts over many years.

Regards to all.

After April 5, I expect the price to rise until de-listing as I cannot see the
instis selling- and if they believe the nasdaq opening price to be as predicted
all available shares in uk will be gobbled up. That is why I have decided not to take my tax loss as any reasonable increase in the price would dwarf the benefit.BUT DYOR

lol no fool? lol so after paying 17p for a share that is now worth.00000000016p
a share was a good move? only in the osmonut world.

Well one thing for sure, only the loones left holding this scam of a stock, soon be worth dimes.

I wll ask again: WHAT DOES OMH HAVE TO OFFER POSSIBLE LOONEY INVESTORS APART FROM A GARUANTEE TO LOOSE EVERY CENT THEY INVEST INTO THIS DOG OF A STOCK, ................. HISTORICALLY!

ANY DEALS? SALES STRATEGY? GOOD MANAGEMENT?

JUST GIVE THE YANKS ONE GOOD REASON WHY THEY SHOULD BUY?

Whilest2, don't think we will know price until later on ie close to suspension time and delist / listing in Nasdaq. But I suspect we will see price action in April to end April, which will give indication of where we might end up. Given today's action, think PIs unaware of what this all means are selling, and larger players are buying in.

What is posted on website (already there) is the Scheme Document. You can find it under the "News" section.

I am pretty confident the fundraising will be successful - Gleeson is no fool. And actually, PIs hold a small %. So, if anything the institutions eg Gartmore and indeed, JFK himself, I am sure will try to make sure no material dilution.

I personally can't see a negative to this move and a sensible thing to do for so many reasons. I will remain a shareholder and see what happens with Genmark!

All the best.

Now the offer is going up and remember the details of the us deal are 'in the post' and shortly to go on to osmos web site. If that gives clues to the NADAQ
offer it might start spirited buying. I am holding off my tax loss as the benefit might fade in its value. But dyor

Might have been a cheeky large purchase order placed this morning knowing many people would choose today or tomorrow to consolodate their losses for tax purposes.

I thought our mopper upperer might be busy the next 36 hours but I must admit I did lose faith when offered 1.639p to buy about 3:15pm today.

Yep, unfortunately does not surprise me as you often get disproportionate falls with respect to volume in lots of small company shares just before the end of the tax year.
As you say we will just have to wait and see if the price recovers in the new tax year as we edge closer to the Nasdaq float date.
If it does, then the interesting point will be the size and frequency of individual trades.

Lots of sales, punters taking their tax losses. If the USA deal is at 2.05(what instis paid recently) there should be a late rise as the price corrects. If not we know we are in for another shafting. I am waiting

Blimey Marv, you have spent over 12 hours talking to yourself and you reckon you don't need help! Lol.

Just for the record i've watched your dribble for nearly 10 years, I don't think I can be classed as a green newby. As for the yankee market, I think its wrong to prejudge lets wait and see shall we, or are you going to run around like a headless chicken just incase the stock may start rising.

Could you handle that Marvin? seeing this stock rise?

ANYONE WHO BUYS INTO THIS STOCK DESERVES TO HAVE THERE PANTS PULLED DOWN AND ROGGERED LIKE WE HAVE BEEN FOR 19 YEARS.

NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF SPACE.
