I don't think I was far out with the 'wild guess' I threw at the BB yesterday?

It looks as through they read this BB.

oakville - for every 230 OMH shares you currently own you will receive 1 GenMark share which will be listed on NASDAQ

The UK involvement is just a tickle. Sales and development in what is now becoming a mega industry is what matters. OMH was ahead of its rivals in technology - where is it now? My view is that one of the big boys who know how to do things will gobble this up. Question is at what price.
Something is cooking.

roobarb, I hadn't looked at the trades, just the total but still think that we have out-used our usefulness 'this side of the pond' and having now established themselves over there – several years now – we are now a reminder of the old times and a 'dead-weight'.

I just think they are thinking – 'How can we rid ourselves of the UK involvement and progress'.

The 700k sold you refer to is probably a rollover - same number of shares 347,936, one price fractionally above the other and only 15 seconds apart with very similar transaction codes suggesting the same broker handled the trades.

I take your point however regarding UK shareholders.

Other than a very mysterious couple of days early January when huge volumes with several multi million shares changing hands it has been as if they have gone into hibernation of late.
I think they are still interested in a Nasdaq listing but after what happened last time they would prefer a raft of positive news to secure sufficient interest and funding to follow this through to a successful float this time around.

Good Luck there then - I hope they are patient

Another 700k sold so far today?

I wonder if there will be a 'cut-off' point where OMH know there are insufficient UK shareholders left and they will stop trading on the LSE using the term 'too costly to continue' offering us a buy-back at a low return on our shares.

I dont know where this company is going but what I do know is that alot of big Instie's have invested heavily in it and for that reason I remain positive.

Yet the sells all seem to be gobbled up with little change to the bid price.
I am going down with the ship unless there is the miracle of rescue. I don't really want to drown with Marvin cackling on next to me.
