19/3/2010 20:43 | Well done Marvin, hopefully you stopped a few mugs from Buying OMH from a much higher level. I did purchase an interest out of interest only, with the hope of a dead cat bounce which never came and looks very unlikely now. The scam is now over the Atlantic as it's died over here. RIP | honestypays
19/3/2010 19:26 | A tribute song to Mr Sandiland who finaly got the boot today due to my constant exposure of how out of his depth he is as a so called finance director: | marvin9
19/3/2010 19:03 | The end... but did someone buy 3,050,000 shares at the close? | eaglet
19/3/2010 18:02 | lol! rolf! | ditchpig
19/3/2010 16:49 | gerry What you doing over here on your own? Bangers can't banish you now! | redhill
19/3/2010 15:48 | Whilest2 If you have owned OMH for a long time you would believe lightning could strike twice where Osmetech were involved. Anything that could have gone wrong over the years seems to gravitate to OMH even when it is not under their control. However, joking apart this is the move I have been waiting for and they would be extremely unlucky if the float was unsuccessful this time given the fact that the board would be very, very cautious not to be burnt again. I can only presume they and their contacts and advisors are now extremely confident to push ahead with it at this time. | roobarb36
19/3/2010 15:37 | p.s. scuttle, scuttle yet the bid stays the same.......looks like the new market prospects encourages the mopping up of the sellers pdq | whilest2
19/3/2010 15:34 | Does lightning strike twice? The U.S. market in bio's is buoyant so omh might find a place | whilest2
19/3/2010 14:16 | Can sell 1 million at 1.85p and buy 1 million at 1.8555p! Last week could only sell 5,000 at times. The institutions paid 2.05p in December knowing that OMH was going onto Nasdaq. So I don't think the existing shareholders are going to get screwed (any more than they already have been, that is). The main risk is the US market. Last time OMH tried to list on Nasdaq, the whole market cratered just as they were ready to go. | eaglet
19/3/2010 13:55 | Sales being mopped up without a drop in the bid - a fair augury for the US float. After that if the company gets going in the US market some of us may see some of our ££££ back................ | whilest2
19/3/2010 12:34 | Stephen Kemper replaces David Sandiland as Chief Financial Officer as of today. Hope Marvin did not choke on his breakfast when he read that bit of news. Larger trades beginning to slowly filter through now. I doubt you would get the full bid price for a 2 million plus sale so presume it is a near £40,000 purchase. Not expecting fireworks with our past history but the next few weeks gives an opportunity for the brave or foolhardy, take your pick, to consider a punt before the Nasdaq float in May. | roobarb36
19/3/2010 12:03 | Looks like its RIP . Considering donating what is left of my holding to this :- good luck all. | gerry2
19/3/2010 11:56 | Chin up W2.Could be worse.You could be in SER! | redhill
19/3/2010 10:58 | If this company is to go anywhere this US move is essential. As I have said the technology prospects are vast - untapped by OMH and this re financing and move to US markets may be the beginning of an upturn in the price. Remains to be seen how and at what price the fundraising will go. There now may be a future for this company.......... | whilest2
19/3/2010 08:57 | Something needed to be done, this could be the making of them, imo! | malc5
19/3/2010 08:39 | Agree Redhill, Wish I had waited till today to invest rather than back in 1998 and average down over the next 12 years. The only thing they could do really that would get this thing really motoring long term. When I read these annnouncements this morning I thought there would be alittle more interest than of late both buying and selling up but a little surprised at the lack of action so far. May be it takes a while to read such news and digest the implications. | roobarb36
19/3/2010 08:03 | Looking on the bright side,this may well be a good opportunity. | redhill |
