14/12/2009 20:51 | Dont forget Tony Blair and his blair witch with and all other politicians who are above the law. These scum bags crooks running this company are only the tip of the iceburg of a corrupt society we live in. The laws of this country are in place just to keep honest working class people in line. | marvin9
14/12/2009 11:17 | Thank you Marvin, Have a great one yourself. I'll be thinking about directors of all AIM companies who will be enjoying christmas with the Shampers and loads of gifts paid for by their ill-gotten gains. | honestypays
13/12/2009 14:01 | Thank you dear Marvin, keep on amusing us as that is the only light entertainment we get on this thread. There is just a possibilty that we might get the last laugh....... | whilest2

11/12/2009 10:18 | Here's trout on the XTR thread, similar vein to past history "Anyway they have managed to man handle the other MMs down, SCAP hadn''t seen and came on bidding but have since lowered to 2.05p bid. Looks like 2p will be seen shortly, just hope I can get some more at that level." Trout. | honestypays
09/12/2009 20:02 | Just goes to show how good he is, the share price has rocketed on this great news. Why do they employ every clown in the stock market? | marvin9

09/12/2009 13:49 | BLOODY GREAT! HE SOUNDS JUST LIKE MR WHITE, VERY EXCITED LOL: In joining Osmetech, John Bellano commented, "I am very excited to be joining Osmetech's executive team at a time when the company is growing its direct sales and marketing team and is expanding the menu for its award-winning eSensor(R) XT-8 molecular diagnostics platform." | marvin9
09/12/2009 13:47 | Great! another parasite to feed | marvin9

04/12/2009 21:32 | Marvin Never ramped this share or any other. We also never actually had a bet.My bet was with Helen of troy and we mutually agreed to cancel it. I really can't believe you have spent so much time on here over the last few years. You need to get a life! | redhill
03/12/2009 19:09 | lol me ole mate REDFACE lol, what a prat lol, ramper of all rampers, How many little bets over the years did we have togteher and you lost every one and welshed on every bet we had. Its funny you appear when the dopey clueless directors perform yet another dilution, where are the deals? none as usual, more dilution just to keep this crate sailing. | marvin9
03/12/2009 17:01 | w2 Its always depended upon sales. If they can get them up to a reasonable level then i might dip my toe in the water again. | redhill
03/12/2009 10:41 | I reckon they will try like stink to get a US quote. That would not only raise shareholders stake but enable them to raise more working capital. It all depends on their sales. They have the competitive gear. | whilest2
02/12/2009 16:32 | Did not want more dilution but in this market they had no real option at the company's stage of development and did very well to attain a placing price above the current share price Must admit that the price stagnating for so long around the 2p mark at a time when everyone knew they were in need of money smacked at a placing at or about this price. One can only assume that the market must have had wind of this potential funding or I'm sure with the lack of buying activity over the last few months the price would have continued to fall. Also the impressive video presentation on OMH's website again suggested that they were making a real effort to get their house in order to impress potential financiers during a difficult fund raising environment. Lets hope that Mr Kayyem, released from his Efficacy duties and Mr Gleeson can give OMH shareholders a little hope after 10 years of abject misery. It takes a long time to turn around negative perceptions but so far they've done about all they could have given the difficult circumstances. It is also reassuring that Mr Kayyem bought bucket loads of shares in the region of 17.5p and so he must be desperate to prove his investment was not as foolish as some would have you believe. May take some considerable time yet but lets hope he can prove the doubters wrong, big style. | roobarb36
02/12/2009 15:29 | All this must have been as a result of a positive analysts report. In these economic times no one is going to put that sort of $$$$ into a company on the way out. This means that the product must be well rated, and some optimistic prediction of the prospect of future sales. Investors today are hard headed, and the NASDAQ requirements pretty strict. With the current credit squeeze in the US investors will be looking at bio-techs future in the new health care sector. This is the best we have had since the US listing debacle. Marvin dear, it could turn out to be a tragic comedy for you, if after being so right (in a loony way) you may have to eat your hat. Sorry old boy. | whilest2
02/12/2009 15:14 | So last week we were still looking into the abyss... Now we have a director buy for £0.5m and the major shareholder Gartmore has invested another £1.5m. Also we have new shareholders outside the UK (probably in the USA) who are putting up £5.2m. All this has been done at 2.05p and yet one can currently buy in the market at 1.951p. OMH now has funds until Q4 2010 and is considering a NASDAQ listing. Is it possible, could OMH finally be turning the corner? | eaglet
02/12/2009 13:22 | NY I too agree this company now has another year to prove itself. | whilest2
02/12/2009 08:37 | N Y - Agreed. AIMHO. Regards. DYOR | james dean
02/12/2009 00:49 | Given the placing is above current market price, I am inclined to believe that OMH could have raised more if it chose to. I suspect the mgmt raised enough (a year) to take it through further commercial validation, which in turn will allow fund raising at a higher price. This will maximise shareholder value in long term needless to say, of which mgmt and major holders are a big part of! I feel very confident with mgmt today, and OMH product offfering. | ngen yap
01/12/2009 19:48 | Based on this morning RNS, I have now decided to go Long in Osmetech as i think I may be able to make 50% quite comfortably, but I won't be holding for the medium/long term based on past history | honestypays |
