There are not massive of shares in issue compared to some stocks. Cheap placing was because of the impact of Covid. It has affected many stocks and there are bargains out there.

I suspect this rise was engineered to offload the placing shares to private investors.

I am relatively bullish long term, I just feel the market won't let traders hang on for long (they'll shake them off).

You swing. It's obvious somebody is keen to acquire a percentage if not take over OSI.

Two points:

1) I've forgotten more than Zak knows.
2) I have no agenda.

The Group reports a record quarter for bookings in Q1 2022. The Group is seeing continued growth in contract values and a return to pre-pandemic levels. Five of the contracts secured in the first three months of the 2022 financial year are each at a larger value than any individual contract signed in FY2021.New business momentum has been coupled with a majority of the new contracts being signed for three-year terms, providing improved visibility of earnings and greater potential for expanding licenses and services. Customer wins have continued to be strong in the NHS and wins with higher education establishments have also been a key growth driver in Q1 FY2022.

I just do not get it, it's really key on small cap stocks to word stuff right.

Take OSI v FLX both cybersecurity penny stocks

Interims.

OSI 0.75 mil v FLX £1.8 mil turnovers

OSI operating loss £1.5 mil v £0.75 mil operating loss.

Cash £1.74 mil v £4.3 mil in last reports

Market cap OSI £9 MIL v FLX £4.9 mil

And this goes mental because the company says "record quarter", it's not exactly hard when in the interims they had £0.75 mil turnover, split that and you get £375k 1st quarter last year, not hard to beat is it and shares do 200%

I'm not saying FLX is a steaming buy here but perhaps OSI has got ahead of itself.

Also FLX today announced a huge seller with a lot still to sell so that was not great either. But £4.9 mil v £4.3 mil cash and in the same sector as OSI it just looks better value but again monster overhang

Correct, most of the capability comes with the OS these days. Cloud and containerisation uptake will spell the end for OSI IMHO. It's so circa 1980s.

Little Miss, technology evolves very quickly and an initial listing price is immaterial albeit five years later...Look at the underlying business, its very simplistic technology such as that of 'Administrator Rights'.
