05/4/2022 15:19 | People buying in are not realising that there's 5.4 million or so unissued shares being forward sold, which were part of the announced placing but hadn't yet been issued pending the egm in March to authorise directors to issue and allot.Nice profits for the placees who are forward selling those shares which have an issue price of 6p.And people still don't listen or understand how these perennial placees make such profits by continually taking part in placings and selling into orchestrated risesJust stop and think , rather than assuming everyone who isn't uber positive must be a deramper blah blah. It's information and facts. | ![]() apfindley
05/4/2022 15:11 | Crazy crazy ramping here. The reason they're pumping so hard is they know they can bag it due to the tiny market cap (their usual targets are such tiny market caps). In a few days they will have sold, and all those buying will be left with expensive stock in a company with tiny revenues and just small trial contracts at the moment. You can thank me for the heads up later. | ![]() apfindley

05/4/2022 14:27 | We know about the H2 raise, but if the markets can see them reaching b/e with good momentum based on long term contracts and recurring revenue (which it appears they can) then a fund raise should be well supported. so I'm not worried about that. We have recurring income, better long term visibility, new contracts from the UK and overseas, and new contracts from existing clients - all of which would suggest a gradual re-rating after a few false dawns. Reminds me a bit about Boom when they were 140p 2-3 years ago. Many false dawns, but once they reached b/s, the share price rocketed. Time will tell :-) | ![]() mdchand
05/4/2022 14:03 | Interesting article from November 2021 on valuations of publicly quoted SaaS companies: For the avoidance of any doubt, Osirium is a SaaS company "SaaS comps continue to be strong. Of the 120 SaaS companies we follow, the average public SaaS business is trading at 20.0x revenue while the median is 13.0x. The gap between the average and median is wider than ever at 7.1x, meaning premium SaaS companies are getting outlier valuations. 57% of companies are trading at 10x revenue or greater. The data is below". | ![]() timbo003
05/4/2022 13:32 | Allenby - initiating coverage 11 feb 2022 "Osirium Technologies plc (OSI.L), a leading vendor of cloud-based SaaS cyber security software focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and automation, has conditionally raised £1m at 6p/share to fund further investment in sales and marketing and product development. The company has continued to make good operational and strategic progress It has more than doubled its customer base in 2021 to >100 across multiple public and private sectors, maintained high levels of customer retention (95% by value) and successfully upsold into the customer base. It also continues to build out its direct and indirect sales channels and develop its product set. There are an ever growing number of accounts with privileged access rights and these accounts are the number one target for hackers. Awareness of this threat is driving global demand for PAM tools. Osirium has developed a second generation product suite that is quick and easy to deploy and use. We initiate coverage with a fair value of 23p/share. Market opportunity: PAM is one of the fastest growing areas of spend in global cybersecurity and risk management software and remains a mainly greenfield market opportunity. There are huge numbers of accounts with additional privileges inside and outside organisations and these privileged accounts are involved in >80% of cyberattacks The global total addressable market for PAM and digital process automation was worth an estimated $10.0bn in 2020 and is expected to grow to >$21.5bn by 2026. Osirium has developed a second generation PAM solution, and Process Endpoint Management (PEM) and IT process automation (Privileged Process Automation) products that are quick and easy to deploy and use..." | ![]() someuwin
