Crossword Cybersecurity (I hold) announced a bolt on acquisition today. They are paying 5.25X annual revenue (That is 5.25X annual Revenue not earnings) for the unquoted cybersecurity company, Threat Status Limited



For comparison purposes, annual turnover for OSI is around £1.4m
5.25X annual revenue would be £7.35m.
The current market cap (@7.5p/share) is around £3.4m
