Looking, at least this one has had long term de clones, so risk/reward for an entry at these levels should be ok for a long term hold imo

Agree with your sentiments regarding the investment case, but (as usual) ADVFN are showing an inaccurate market cap on the summary page for OSI - they are using the pre-placing number of shares for their calculation.

The number of shares in issue post placing is 46,048,681, so market cap is about £4m if share price is around 8.5p/share

The £800k raised recently should pay the outstanding £800k liabilities which leaves them all square bar the continued loss-making. Otherwise it's all whoosh!

"there is always an equity raise risk around the corner".

It is not a risk. It is a certainty. They have said as much:

" The Placing and Subscription, along with an anticipated R&D tax credit due in 2022, ensures that the Group remains in a position to capture the substantial market opportunity available and enables the Board to continue to assess the Company's go-to-market strategies in order to deliver long term shareholder value. To achieve this, the Board considers that the Company will be required to raise additional capital during the second half of 2022.

Agreed. Longer term view appropriate. Have been in for some time and will add gradually.

Might be nice if they mentioned some numbers, are we supposed to guess contract values?

Afzal keeping all the cheap shares for himself knowing full well that Amazon could take these over without notice at any time. And if Amazon do show their hand then expect Microsoft to wade in. Remember that these were launched at £1.56 only a few years ago. They could easily be worth £5 to £10 now surely.
