13/2/2022 07:35 | fwiw Nigel Wray has a fair wedge of TEK and also of BELL, where TEK also own 17.1 million BELL shares | ![]() buywell2

12/2/2022 14:10 | This time last week my dear friend hoggie was quoting Shakespeare (Post 615):"The fool doth think he is wise, but the wise man knows himself to be a fool."===I suppose when hoggie wrote this he believed himself to be the wise man. Alas, with true Shakespearean irony, it was in fact hoggie who was revealed to be the fool. Therein lies the lesson of hubris.===Over the course of this past few months, through his own words hoggie has proven himself to be neither a gentleman nor a scholar - rather a troll and a chump. | megasonic
11/2/2022 18:03 | When shown to be utterly wrong and a serial P&D merchant always resort to expletives. That is his usual MO. Oh, and of course the completely unrelated parabolic graphs. Tesla! | ![]() kemche
11/2/2022 17:08 | Well kemche, Nigel Wray had a perfect opportunity to buy in today as that Placing was definitely not at a "premium of multiples" - more a Placing at a fraction. I do not believe Nigel has announced anything yet. Could it be that old hoggie was making that up? Well, yes. Cannot imagine Mr Wray made his money by investing in hog sh!t.===Sat on an 85% loss, hoggie will be crying himself to sleep tonight. It will be a long, dark night of the soul for him. hoggie's own fault really, hubris blinded him from seeing what was clearly there in the black and white of OSI financial reports. For all the profanity he has been dishing out to OSI bears this past year, hoggie has proven himself to be a lying and contemptible pig. Absolute chump. | megasonic

11/2/2022 13:04 | Unlike hoggie the stalker I have no need to feel vindicated nor pine after external validation. I do not need to tell a bunch of strangers who do not know me how right I am or prove that I am never wrong. But yeah, you carry on hoggie you voyeuristic weirdo. Enjoy your >80% loss in OSI chump ;-) | megasonic
11/2/2022 12:30 | megasonic 11 Feb '22 - 12:21 - 671 of 671 0 0 0 "I multibagged on DEST, HE1, ITM, PPS, and TEK last year alone." Making such claims not backed up with evidence is meaningless. And ITM for example was a disaster last year: | ![]() hedgehog 100
11/2/2022 12:21 | Get over yourself hoggie. Plenty of us on these BBs have made big money and lost big money but I have never experienced anyone so self involved as you. ===I multibagged on DEST, HE1, ITM, PPS, and TEK last year alone. I have smashed it with ANGS, BLOE, KWS, LTG, UKOG, etc over the years. Unlike yourself, I do not go on about past glories all the time. In fact never. I am also still sat on disappointing losses in DXRX and MBO. You shrug your shoulders at these and at least do not try to ramp so other people are fooled into buying what you know to be a bad investment choice - this is precisely what you are doing with OSI.===You hoggie are just a narcissist who has to point out to everyone how right you are all the time. You have been 100% wrong 100% of the time on OSI and yet no sign of contrition or acceptance. Get over yourself you narcissistic ramping demon. But you do not have it in you to get over yourself. You probably have a shrine at home for all the times you have been right. But if you kept a mausoleum for when you have been wrong I guarantee that would be bigger. ===And so on a day like today you are revealed for who you are: a chump. A ramping chump. | megasonic

11/2/2022 11:56 | Megasonic, One difference between you and me is that I have the balls to front up when a share disappoints, and give a view. You do not. Another difference is that most of my picks do actually do well. Yours do not. | ![]() hedgehog 100

11/2/2022 11:48 | Quote from hoggie at 516 on 16/1/22:"a placing at multiples of the current share price isn't impossible."===Also hoggie on LSE on 18/1/22:"[OSI] pricing will be strongly influenced by the company's intrinsic value, which suggests a good premium to the current share price of 12p."===How is that "Placing at a Premium" prediction working out for ramp-hog today? I do not need question hoggie's credibility. He has done a solid job of it himself. Bravo chump. Ramping chump at that. Hang your head in shame chump. | megasonic
11/2/2022 11:10 | "possibility of a takeover in the nearer term" A trillion dollar perhaps? Coming soon to a CRCL near you. How does he do it? | ![]() kemche
11/2/2022 11:04 | I would agree that the huge 40% discount is very disappointing for shareholders - I certainly wasn't expecting that. Especially as Allenby had STAR as a client, and STAR arranged a placing at a huge premium last October. Although it's still many times the 1p and 3p that one troll was predicting, and indeed the bankruptcy that someone else was recently suggesting. Poor stock market conditions are the key difference. Although Megasonic will doubtless say that it's all down to OSI, obviously that's not the case: look at the ODX fundraising at 5p today, a 31% discount, and an even bigger discount to the recent ODX price, as the fundraising was flagged up by the company in advance. And look at Megasonic's relatively recent pumps that have collapsed ... that he doesn't have the balls to talk about. As I expected though, the directors etc. are subscribing, and in size too: £364,443 is a real vote of confidence. And a smaller fundraising is also consistent with the possibility of a takeover in the nearer term, and a wish to minimise unnecessary dilution at this low price. | ![]() hedgehog 100
11/2/2022 11:03 | 'the Board considers that the Company will be required to raise additional capital during the second half of 2022.'So a further raise needed in maybe 5 months or so - why would anyone want to invest in this now then? | ![]() hydrus
11/2/2022 11:01 | Shame on the directors for not including an open offer at the same price David Guyatt (CEO) is filling his boots at 6p which is not that surprising. The placing shares are EIS qualifying, so qualifying investors (i.e. most UK tax payers) will effectively be paying 4.2p/share taking into account the tax relief, accordingly I have subscribed for a few in the placing | ![]() timbo003
11/2/2022 10:53 | this ponzi scheme is heading to £0 faster than I thought is there a possible way to Short Sell this ponzi scam? Any ideas how? | ![]() george stobbart
11/2/2022 10:44 | RNS just out. Well there is the expected Placing. A couple of matters that jump out right away: 1) a huge 40% discount is hugely disappointing for shareholders ; 2) considering £4m per annum cash burn, a raise of £1m does not seem adequate. I do not want to add anything else to my comments until I have had a chance to fully digest the RNS. | megasonic
08/2/2022 17:47 | I seem to recall a couple of loss makers, trillion dollar companies, 1000 baggers etc. But I am sure I am wrong | ![]() kemche |
