Rare to have the CFO on a presentation like that. I liked the fact that fiscal management, actually trying to make the pennies stretch further, and monetising non-core assets is a key part of what they have been doing. Keeps the need for fundraising further down the line. They came over as professional in all senses.

I thought they got their message across well, but I’m surprised no-one asked them about the reasons for today’s rise and whether anyone was actually watching from the USA and Canada. Maybe something is coming from left field....

Thought the webcast was pretty good. Impressed with Tim Livesey and has strong sector credentials. In my view not a share for day traders but building a position here should multibag on a two year view.

The BOD seem to be addressing a new suite of investors in the US and Canada this afternoon - rather material one would suggest.

It may blow a few cobwebs away from the closet City spivs that have been short in this stock since Livesey was appointed in March 2018.

If the City wine bars were easily accessible in Canary Wharf I am sure there would be some celebrations :-)

Who knows the rationale, but I would imagine that the company would have a much higher market cap if it was listed on the TSX where exploration companies are much more highly regarded than in the UK. Anyway, let’s hope that today’s candle is the start of a decent run up.

ORR is only listed on AIM but tomorrow’s event seems to be also targeted towards US and Canadian audiences if you look at the reference to the starting time in the RNS and particularly the registration confirmation e-mail. I wonder if this is a precursor to a dual listing or are they just trying to reach a wider audience to address the tiny valuation that the AIM market currently provides for the stock?

Recent Oriole web event Livesey & Smeeton were promoting Minexia (a funding platform for juniors) where they are directors, Oriole then announce the appointment of Capital Drilling to work in Cameroon where Minexia advisor Brian Rudd is a director.

There is a conflict here which may not be in Oriole shareholders interests, are Livesey and Smeeton more interested in the performance of Minexia than that of Oriole ?

Look where the share price has gone since this RNS promote of Minexia, also known as NR Markets - at what price the next placing via Minexia? Do Oriole directors care?

The webinar is now available to all, well worth a listen, Oriole management consider themselves to be materially undervalued, they talk about Chesser Resources in Senegal who are only 3km from ORR's Fare licence reporting bonanza grades which has rerated the shares 10+ fold, now a $70m company from under $7m earlier this year.

Chesser only have 40sq km of licence area whereas ORR have 450sq km

Asset sales ongoing, chasing $1.4m in the Turkish courts, new sales of royalties could double that.

Drilling in Cameroon starting

One heck of a lot going on for a sub £4m company, the licence in Senegal is surround by majors including Barrack.
