Project level funding has delivered a pre exploration valuation on the Cameroon Central Licence Package of $10m (£8m) that is double the current market valuation.

Then add the two other licences in Cameroon where a JORC gold resource has been declared.

Then add the Senegal licences (ORR own 50%) where the nearest peer is valued at £25m.

Then add the legacy assets which could bring in another £1.5m

Clearly ORR is materially undervalued PLUS equity dilution is over, let the re-rate begin.

ORR current m/cap £3.4m ???

Interesting development, the onset of Cameroon CLP Value realisation?: "... Oriole confirms that it is transferring its interest in the Project into a sub-holding company ('NewCo'), in order to enable project-level investment. ........... The Company has signed a letter of engagement with a Canadian investment banking firm to secure US$1 million of project-level exploration financing in return for a 10% non-carried interest in NewCo.......".DYOR, tightfist

Someone acquired a 1% stake late Wednesday, a trade of 29,543,750 at .1135p, no doubt worked, the bid rose to .13p early the next day.

Add to the mix increasing volumes..

Follow the money folks !

This was taken from the recent AR, again evidence they are preparing something behind the scenes :-

As a personal investor at 0.34p, 0.30p, 0.18p and 0.12p, I recognise the pain and can understand the frustration of many of our investors especially those who regularly contribute to the share chat platforms.

Work will continue to attract investors into our Company, which offers such a tantalising entry into a new gold frontier and relationships will continue to be built upon with our partners both old and new.

This could be the next VAST or PREM by way of % rise, they both moved from current levels of ORR to 1p+

I have no doubt something is going on in the background.

For those with a memory - Proactive, 25 February 2020: "Oriole Resources PLC (LON:ORR), the AIM-quoted exploration company focused on West Africa, reports that it has disposed of its 12.27% holding in Tembo Gold Corp. following the sale of 19,975,000 ordinary shares for net proceeds of £172,000".Whoops! tightfist

This was posted on the other site tonight, no wonder Oriole shares are rising if they can do a deal like this, ORR management are seeking a JV partner.

Peer company deal with Barrack

A reminder of details on the Tembo (then a $3m m/cap company) and Barrack deal, Barrack bought 6 unexplored licences from Tembo Gold in Tanzania for a potential value of $60m

The interesting aspect was that NO gold had been discovered on these licences.

Tembo received $6m in cash
Barrack to spend $9m on exploration
Tembo to receive a maximum of $45m in staged payments if gold was discovered above 1m ounces in any category of resource.

Tembo shares 7 bagged on this news - this is the kind of deal I expect ORR to deliver in Cameroon except ORR has 9 licences in the Central Licence Package and are applying for another.

Given this peer deal (which was completed in late 2021 when markets were poor) one simply cannot understand how Oriole can only be valued at £3m.

If this deal was replicated where would ORR shares trade, I would expect 1p to be attained comfortably giving a market value of circa £27m but given the volatility on AIM (where everything over/under shoots 2p a share is entirely possible.

This is why I have been building a position !!

There is a weight of money poised to enter this sector, it has been sitting on the sidelines awaiting confirmation of an about turn in sentiment.

All boats usually rise together, these minnows look attractive propositions, many down 90% from 2021.

Nothing available online, as expected, the stock is mispriced plain and simple, this is not the only one in the sector either, these juniors could make investors a great deal of money in due course.

Folks were buying this above 1.8p a share back in 2021, the market cap was £30m, it is now £3.2m, the bears have had their time.

On the ground progress has improved significantly since.

I have taken 2m today, said I would never come back here but the price is a gift and I expect strong recovery upside, in the Stratex days that would have cost £80k, now £2,200 !

To think this was .25p only a few months back and .40p this time last year.

Come on Livesey, do that JV to earn your crust.

IG are asking 0.129 for just 500000 shares - that suggests there are larger background buyers.

This could get interesting.

I honestly think the floor is in here, no surprise buyers are coming in, this stock can move fast on modest volume.

You have to be in it to win it, especially if a JV is incoming.

I think a JV will come and I think it will be shortly, they have stated openly that is their option, if so it will be with a major simply because who would not want a piece of a new gold frontier in Cameroon and first mover advantage.

The slump in the SP, all time low, will reverse in a instant aka VAST style, they moved from .15p to 1.1p in a few weeks.

You make money on AIM by buying the lows.

I do wonder if the market has called this correctly, what would happen if they secured a funding partner for Cameroon, you can bet your bottom $ there is a naked short sitting there in anticipation of the next fundraise - but if it doesn't happen !

It seems the company is aware value has been destroyed by their reliance on equity raises, are they going to deliver something different, Mr Grim thinks so !!

Time to buy is when no-one is looking.

The gold price has gone ballistic today, everyone keeps talking about the tide will turn sharply upwards for minnows like ORR.

The last time gold was north of $2000 ORR shares were above 1p if I recall correctly.

They are clearly very unhappy about the value the market puts on the company (£3m), it reflects badly on the management team also.

It is now in their hands, they openly tweeted they spoke with 14 major mining groups about the Cameroon project quite recently, deliver that JV and sentiment will turn in a flash, look what happened at VAST, from .15p to 1.1p in a week.

If a JV comes it will blow the cobwebs of this stock, can see it taking many by surprise, would not rule it out, the usually conservative BOD have talked openly about it recently - that is rare.

This is a great entry point for newbies and for holders in around 1p, all is not lost, far from it IMO.
