Peter needs some help poor fellow.

I too will be making the pilgrimage to the AGM.

I do request Peter wears something 'stand out' like a Donald Trump MAGA hat so we can recognise this noble poster!

Although I have a small share holding, the management (or lack of it) has engendered a small share holder response.

Does anyone know from past years what the booze and food is like?

CWA1 and others, yes this is me speculating that by March to April 2025, the share price is back to 35p, the insurance FCA piece is settled and move on! Then an introduction of a 1p divi in June and November 2025?
Also it will take time as this is a tough market and Orchard are a small,player.

In the RNS released on 17th.May 2024 the company said it was contemplating an offer. Now Peter what do you know that the wider market does not or are you just speculating?

Konrad - If you don’t trust or believe in Ravi turning around the business, after the Insurance issues with car loans and the fraud, then why are you still here? I am aware of Stuart’s predicament and I suffered also!! We both trust Ravi and Orchard Funding! It will bounce back!! I was always in for the long term and hold and take dividends! However after fall and no dividend Ravi has to prove himself over the next 6 months!!

Peter....You are being incredibly rude when you should realise that playful was actually one of the largest investors in Orchard and has probably lost the best part of half a million investing in this company.

He therefore bought the right to say what he wants on here.

When are the results out let alone a date for the AGM which has been in Christmas week before now.....totally shareholder unfriendly !

Insure That went into administration 12th July and now administered by Toyota Insurance management. We will be 3 months since that happened very soon.

Playful, things will pick up! The monies from the GAP type insurance will go elsewhere, plus bonds doing well. Along with new contracts and markets and global economy picking up!

I would suspect this transfer might signal a rise in CGT/an offer coming shortly.
