01/8/2018 15:14 | Martin - My own thoughts, not discussed with SOH as yet, that time is further down the road. If you use SBTX as the model (which I would guess will be tweaked a little) I assume OPTI will retain c40%> leaving room for an in-specie, and enough for OPTI retain an interest in post divi, thus retain value and interest in SweetBiotix, or another spin-out. As indicated in the chat I had with SOH, last week, any NASDAQ listing would be at a significant premium to any AIM listing, plus opens up the door to a wider investment audience and of course, creates even greater value in terms of the IPO value and portion held by OPTI. Any subsequent divi would be paid in either cash, shares or mix of both, but likely to be managed around company developments; i.e, commercial agreements. There is clearly another aspect of OPTI which has not yet been discussed. Which is OPTI ultimately becoming an investment vehicle within the human biome, by maintaining a significant interest in each spin-out, while all the time, reaping significant rewards from multiple revenue streams all the way down the value chain. This is for another time though. ;) To get a better understanding on this, refer back to SOH comments within the chat. IMHO you don't need to have held OPTI shares at the time of SBTX's IPO. | elrico
01/8/2018 14:52 | Would anyone like to talk me through what might happen if/ when Sweetbiotix is IPO'd, please? Lets assume SO'H keeps 51% interest. EG Would all proceeds be shared pro rata between OPTI shareholders, as a special div? What might happen to OPTI SP? Would we have to participate in IPO to benefit? I wasn't holding OPTI when SkinBiotix was spun off. Was that similar, in terms of the process? I understand with Skin, some debt was converted to equity, so possibly not comparable. To be honest, I wouldn't expect to benefit retrospectively on Skin, as wasn't holding at time. But as I understand it, I might (will). Which is generous. Cheers MU. | m4rtinu

01/8/2018 11:49 | Someone just did sell 50k but at least it didn't move the price! | zedder
01/8/2018 11:46 | After such a sharp rise yesterday bound to attract some profit takers and sellers who've just notice their gains. I expect a bit of movement around the price while they offload, then as their stock dry's up it will rise again. Good to see an orderly market, normally means gains will be held. All charting indicators pointing to further rises, and can easily sell 50k online, so the mm's really want our stock. | belgrano2
