If you missed RPT RNS - you could say its a stormer - up 50% now...
Increased P1 reseves by around 1500%!!!!! Not going to comment on the rest, have a read....

Add to it 40 million USD in the bank
Heading for 4,000 boepd production....

Some comments from twitter below

#RPT A truly gigantic reserves upgrade for O&G holding #RegalPetroleum. About to catch a flight but am totally ecstatic by this news. Totally oustanding. 1P (proved) soar from 1.9mmboe to 27.8mmboe and a further 24 wells. Gobsmacked! investegate.co.uk/regal-petroleu…

Dont waste your time and miss the boat, this is still seriously undervalued.

Raf - the irony of investing in a health care company, where one of its key markets is tackling obesity, yet here we are, my most accounts, all overweight. :)

Well broken my rules and sold some VRS to buy more here this morning. Now well overweight in OPTI but they do say follow the money. Still have some VRS to take forward.

Be quite happy if he did Elrico. Would only confirm what Mr M thinks he knows. Onwards and upwards!!

Demand and momentum will continue to push the price up, even without news imo.We are now just 13p away from a 100M market cap company and we all know who takes notice at that point.

It does look as though Neil Davidson is eager to get his hands on the options, which has a strike price of 146p. I think he wants to climb above Mr McGeever as one of the major shareholders. ;)

DC - If you refer back to SACCO, as an example; they were awarded EU for production of LP-LDL, OPTI were impressed with their approach, and upped the ante by offering the ROW. However, the deal wasn't signed for a further c6 weeks, this was down to SACCO owners being away on their jolly's. The summer months are notorious for delayed signature for this reason.

The upside break of £1 on good volume is technically very bullish. I just added to my holding with buy if 9406 shs and 9408 shs at approx 106p

How does that work if the company is at the mercy of the client in the timing of contract agreements?
We all know that there is a huge pipeline of news to come, but the timing of some of these is surely out of OPTI's control.

I have circa 50k shares at an average of 62p and not looking to sell at anywhere below £2, and in no particular rush.

Obviously the news of ND buying some large tranches of shares is great news, but is it going to potentially slow down any news flow? I am assuming if there was good news on the horizon (as we expect), he wouldn't be allowed to buy for obvious reasons?

There will be some very disappointed rampers. They are obviously new to 'investing'.

It has started then, good to see the Chairman buying again. What confidence that shows. I have a year end target of £2 but acknowledge that could be low if a major deal with a US pharma is signed. I wonder what the chances of that happening are?

Oldest trick in the book open the spread deters buyers and attracts sellers.

Must be desperate!

I will be the cheer leader at the bottom of the pyramid as nobody is lifting me!

Double AIM valuation as a starting point.

Just doing my best to help with the ramping, it would be rude not to now we have a cheerleaders. ;)
