Same guy that told me nomura had a £28 price target.

Not sure why he is trying to fight the tide but he either lost a lot of money leveraging when Opti got ahead of itself 3 years ago or he has a short open.

Can we now close that chapter.

It's so easy to filter the troll, and as long as we all make sure any troll feeders get the message that we'll filter them unless they stop, the troll will begin to shrivel.

Remember - like the leech it can go without food for a long time, but all it takes is one good feed and it can last weeks till the next one.

Even this conversation will keep it going for way too long - but I'd rather risk that than lose our Advfn BB banter.

im loving watching the MM squirm a little as much as I would welcome the hnwi on board on the share register it's fun watching it unfold and tbh a little bit of a learning curve.

RAF - Yes, if Someuwin is willing he could place a link to it in the header. Failing that, another thread can be set up pointing to the lemming blog BB. This would require me reminding newbies via this thread periodically, no great hardship. Twitter can also be used to point PIs and potential PIs to the address.Given most of the traffic is OPTI driven, it shouldn't be seen as a Hassel as long as our regulars continue to post as normal.

Guys and gals - If you want a troll free BB, I can set one up on the lemming blog. I can delete the drivel from the usual braincell. If I get more than 10 votes that suggests it would be worth trialing for a period of time. After all, its just another click, just like clicking to another BB on ADVFN, just a different address.Your call... Nothing ventured, nothing gained. ..I'm easy.

In the IC interview, SO'H points out that whilst OPTI gets initial and on-going fees for deals, it is growing revenue from these deals (via available products) that is important too. And the latter are not 100% guaranteed. This is about 4.30 in.

Any thoughts?

PS: To me, the interviewer (like journo in DM), is at a disadvantage as they don't have the detailed knowledge to know what to ask, especially as follow ups, as this article doesn't really tell us anything new. Unlike Elrico who knows (almost) as much about OPTI as SO'H!

Like some other unmentionables on this board, I too, can be obsessive; liking round numbers and comparatives,for example; draws me to keep an eye - if SBTX were to drop 0.17p to 20p, how eye-catching to find, as I write: Opti 100p; SBTX 20P.; come a long way in so short a time - from 58p and 8p respectively. And where to from here, I ponder?

I see TW as a bit to say on Opti in today's bearcast 12mins in re the Midas piece, basically she misses the point that opti are now at the commercial stage now and he says he wouldn't be advising people to top slice around this price not with what's in the pipeline.

He also says people which bought in on her initial tip at 33p are probably well out and gone before now
