29/6/2018 10:06 | But I do agree religion is not relevant on a bb or to life. | ![]() monkeywench1
29/6/2018 09:54 | Let's keep religion out of this chaps - it's completely irrelevant. I have this mental image of two vicars hitting each other about the head with their prayer books and it's unedifying. Looking forward to more talk about Opti and the future. | ![]() jestercat2

28/6/2018 16:09 | Obviously I did e-mail about the shaker, but as an investor I am not impressed by incompetence no matter whose door the fault lies at. And as it panned out, elrico had a direct line available to someone who can hopefully nail down this issue once and for all. The obvious solution which avoids someone in the warehouse having to remember to add the shaker when the 'limited period' is active, is to actually add the shaker to the bundle for that period and then remove it outside that. Then the person in the warehouse has it explicitly on a list and so would have even less excuse for forgetting about it. | ![]() zedder

28/6/2018 15:57 | Zedder Prompt reply from Steve Thank you for the email and bringing this to my attention. This is deeply concerning, and I can only apologise for this. Could you point me in the direction of said Forum? I feel this is something that could have been handled had they dropped us an email regarding this issue (and lack of shaker), to which we could have resolved it. I have specifically requested our warehouse be adding the shakers to each and every 3-week bundle. If this is not happening, I will address this immediately as it is not acceptable, I would not publish content to which was false or untrue (i.e stating we are providing something, and then not actually offer it). Kind Regards, Steven Riley Head Of Online Sales And Marketing OptiBiotix Health PLC -------------------- TBF Steve is still funding his feet. I think he only joined the team a few weeks ago. | elrico
28/6/2018 15:55 | scotty128 Jun '18 - 14:16 - 36866 of 36869 0 1 0 Derampers getting even more desperate. Can you try an beam them up | ![]() onedayrodders
28/6/2018 15:51 | Thanks elrico. It's not the shaker that is the issue, as you intimate from having had the same experience, it is the blatant lack of attention to detail. | ![]() zedder
28/6/2018 15:47 | Zedder - to be fair, I had a similar experience a few weeks ago; the fact after I raised this with Steve Riley, it is still an issue is a concern. I have passed your comments and my experience on to both Steve and Christina. | elrico |
