Earlier I suggested that the Morley deal is worth a lot more than it appears. Morley have put OPTI into the FMCG space. They may be comparatively small but the competition will be keen to be there too. Then bring on some Press interest.It all looks better. AIMHO

Looking strong this am. Decent buying, fridays share price action shows the price was held down for a large buyer, the move up thereafter implies they are done and we are free to move up

Im more interested in how the integration is going and also what the synergies will deliver. Thats the reason to invest, not the expectation of a share buyback. Value will be delivered by business performance, not by taking up lines of stock. The Sp will sort itself out.

On a slightly negative note, but Not directly impacting Opti:
I read a pretty damning piece in the Sunday Times on Premier Foods, one of our more recent signings.

Essentially, Oasis, a hedge fund who has the biggest single share holding are at odds with the way the the company has been run for the past few years, and are asking for the bosses head on a platter, and for him to be replaced by Alastair Murray.

Don't know if this impacts us at all, but just thought that I should mention it in case anyone on here has any thoughts.

Don't know why, but I'm really looking forwards to the week and month ahead.

This with out doubt will be big. Time frames are not what I expected, but I'm starting to see momentum building now, deal after deal. This pressure is pushing up against the dam, one day it will break.

Spot on Risky. ITALY has 50% of the European Probiotic market.. and AlphaSigma are a top 5 Pharma and major player in this space.. we could not have got a better partner in EUROPE tbh, that is why both Per and SoH are so excited by this deal

Companies like Alfa Sigma are household names in this space. Probably get a better reaction share price wise from an RNS naming boots as a stockist when in reality a company like Alfa is well established in the market Opti are entering. They will not even entertain a launch unless they see €50m+.
