I think that an unexpected r.n.s with yet another new partner could provide the volume to see the back of the overhang. We have already seen increased volume from the recent statements. !!!

Idle chit-chat, but in event DE disposed of his entire holding at say 70p, fortune as he'll have garnered on the back of low-cost entry, in the likely event we see say £1.50 by Summer 2018, in the interim he'll have forfeited significantly more than he has gained to-date. And good luck to him! But I guess we're all with Elrico - it's an unwelcome distraction. His(DE's)holding would surely, at an opportune time, afford a mutually agreeable swap wherein an institutional investor would take him out quietly?. Are their filters on go slow? And is DE desperate? assuming he is in the background here, and assuming it's not the case that he knows something we don't! Anyway Winter is nearly upon us, let us hibernate and look forward to good Springtime tidings and a Summer of abundance. I'll eat my hat (I may have to!) if we're not at £2 this time next year.

Are we aware of YSF selling?They were a while back.Seems we have an orderly exit if stale older stock holders.They will finish in time. In the mean time a very good opportunity to buy.

Someuwin, there were also 50K/100K sales on Mon/Tues and numerous 25K blocks this week so I reckon he's down to about 1.5/1.6M. At this rate they'll be swallowed up in no time then the share price will have some serious catching up to do.

According to Opti's out of date website David Evan's held 2,623,715 shares (3.4%) in July. He then exercised a further 250,000 at the beginning of this month presumably taking it to 2,873,715.
After his disclosable sale he retained 2,198,517 shares implying he sold 685,198 shares. If these recent sales are his then he must have off loaded around 1m shares.

i think that he will sell the lot...the upside is that anyone buying at these levels are getting a discount considering the recent news...

Well without Fincapp or SOH stepping in, it looks like we have a period of stagnation/drops to look forward to, as there seems to be no sign of the big seller stopping

Well, if the 200k sell today is from DE as well as the 150k yesterday then that's another 350k he's got rid of.

That would represent 16% of his remaining holding gone leaving him with just 1.84m shares to dump.

Of course, we'll never know for sure because he's already under the 3% cut off level so doesn't have to report his holdings any more.

(2,198,517 - 350,000 = 1,848,517)

methinks, some dont take vanduke seriously, others like the above believe him and when is this richgit stopping or is the bossman working this evans share lot out, if it's so good, fincap should have got evans lot away into safe haven.

Vanduke, you have every right to post what you want, you aren't offending anyone. Personally I'm interested in what people are buying/selling. Each to their own whether they believe you or not but let's not bully people off the board eh?

It is not so much today's trading as the previous three. 150k late trades shown and a falling price. Today's sells seem quite tame in comparison. Let's see if there is any after the bell sells today....and what form they take...although it seems the mm.s always do the trade in the middle of the bid /,offer.
