I believe you're right Bob; bizarrely it went below 53p momentarily and recovered over 30% in a day or so - but not before talkingtrades (or some variation thereof) had a field day, forewarning of impending Southerly gales, and Judi had somehow missed buying opportunity of all time. Ah yes, I remember it well.

I bought near the bottom...at around 53.8... I believe it went slightly lower but was only down there for a short period. It was a great price to to top up and rude not to..

Bargain hunting, at low 60s Judi, wouldn't you wisely hold off stocking up until share price fell further to low 50s as it did a month or so ago. Why not hold out until rock bottom; only makes sense :)

The company has entered a new growth phase and the share price should not be looked at in isolation especially when a sugar alternative is lurking in the background. The company is growing but not the share price but that will right itself. Personally I think that the last three r.n.s statements concerning the business have been very encouraging.....revenues will also start to appear and I am prepared to wait for them. Investors voicing their fears on a daily basis will not effect my investment decisions..

Parob soz into past rises, Evans is the seller on this occasion. For the past few years, large sellers appear on on move higher. The share price is unchanged over the past two years.

That is misleading JH as we have no recent evidence/notifications to suggest YSF are selling.

What I'm finding a little odd is that David Evans is selling into the market causing a negative bias to the price. Yet according to Stephen OHara there are institutional investors wanting to invest. If this is the case why the hell isnt Finncap negotiating an off market transaction between parties. Doesn't add up.

I think that an unexpected r.n.s with yet another new partner could provide the volume to see the back of the overhang. We have already seen increased volume from the recent statements. !!!

Idle chit-chat, but in event DE disposed of his entire holding at say 70p, fortune as he'll have garnered on the back of low-cost entry, in the likely event we see say £1.50 by Summer 2018, in the interim he'll have forfeited significantly more than he has gained to-date. And good luck to him! But I guess we're all with Elrico - it's an unwelcome distraction. His(DE's)holding would surely, at an opportune time, afford a mutually agreeable swap wherein an institutional investor would take him out quietly?. Are their filters on go slow? And is DE desperate? assuming he is in the background here, and assuming it's not the case that he knows something we don't! Anyway Winter is nearly upon us, let us hibernate and look forward to good Springtime tidings and a Summer of abundance. I'll eat my hat (I may have to!) if we're not at £2 this time next year.

Are we aware of YSF selling?They were a while back.Seems we have an orderly exit if stale older stock holders.They will finish in time. In the mean time a very good opportunity to buy.

Someuwin, there were also 50K/100K sales on Mon/Tues and numerous 25K blocks this week so I reckon he's down to about 1.5/1.6M. At this rate they'll be swallowed up in no time then the share price will have some serious catching up to do.

According to Opti's out of date website David Evan's held 2,623,715 shares (3.4%) in July. He then exercised a further 250,000 at the beginning of this month presumably taking it to 2,873,715.
After his disclosable sale he retained 2,198,517 shares implying he sold 685,198 shares. If these recent sales are his then he must have off loaded around 1m shares.
