It is not so much today's trading as the previous three. 150k late trades shown and a falling price. Today's sells seem quite tame in comparison. Let's see if there is any after the bell sells today....and what form they take...although it seems the mm.s always do the trade in the middle of the bid /,offer.

johnhenry, i'm using me nut, if those 2 deals had been just done then the price would have gone up a tad, not down to 68.3 for buys, down from earlier 69.5, why someone even paid 70, Down as blues , but as sure is apples is apples they was reds, works both ways tho.

Judi

Ive accepted your comments before.

Don't make comments that are guesswork.

I stated previously I had traded but I won't now as we are close to the inflection point.

My wife put £10k in at 73p.

Don't try and guess me again please.

you mention hostile takeover, think that is absolute tosh, but i would love it, i'll take the short term view, you can take long term, if you like.
typical, the latest just now recorded earlier deals (36k and10k) showing the wrong colour, that is blue instead of red, rats.

Guys

Take a step back from the bb and the trades.

There was huge buying through the 70's.

Your assuming David Evans is still selling.

Not what I'm seeing, the rise was on higher volume the red days have been on lower volume generally.

We were at 52p intraday a couple of weeks ago.....yet people are still moaning when we are high 60's.

Soh is and has done the right things to make us all wealthy long term.

I'm actually more worried about a hostile takeover than whether David Evans is still selling.

I dont know him but last I heard he has health issues and maybe wants funds to put into other businesses or to help out his family.

Finally how can we expect the greater investing community to look at Opti as a major growth company when we as investors are worried about intraday movements.

I still say this will be £2+ by June.

bob .. my mixed sector AIM portfolio has been slammed over the last 3-4 days with no catalyst whatsover.

AIM is, and always has been, a cesspit of deceipt and greed for the City Boys Club

And the very reason for that is the current situation which like other bits that can take away the value that should be in a share price. Is it me or have aim shares increased in volatility..

10 years ago on AIM, retail investors would have pushed this past £1 easily as the excitement of newsflow would have been enough for them to take a 12 month view to the revenue these deals "could" return.

Now they want the revenue in 12 seconds

It's like having an unofficial placing. It is extremely sad when one persons share holding holds up the rest of its investors.

JJ probably Evans. To be honest he's being badly advised as he's halting any good rise.

Not all small deals, relax and be patient, it was always going to be a marathon not a Sprint, and the good thing with us is we will never get to the finishing line, as we keep developing new science. DIAMOND.
