As I went straight from statin to LP LDL I cant get a direct comparison. But I am assuming my baseline of 7.5 without any intervention was accurateThanksAdnan

Doesn't that mean the statin was more effective but there are side effects? I know it's a great result and could be bettered with a low fat diet I presume. However, 20% is quite remarkable with no real change in diet and no side effects. I would be happy to see that kind of reduction.

Onto BP average before LP LDL was 135/90 Checked over 1 week twice a day average now is 122/84 which is awesomeAs a side note the upper back pains I was getting after a long day at work are about 60-70% better off the statinI am ordering my next batch of LP LDL and will be making some dietary adjustments. I think I can bring this down to 5.0 without a statin in 3 months which would be a 33% decrease without a statin. Let's see. But so far considering I have familial hyper cholesterolaemia ie genetically bad cholesterol and not so great diet the results are awesome. With a statin I had a 27% decrease and with LPLDL 20% so not bad going at all. At a population level intervention with LPGOS would make a substantial benefit to population CV risk. Just add it to Chappati/naan flour !!Good luck to all LTH Adnan

Update for everyone just got my cholesterol results in. Without any medication was 7.5 2 years ago. In Dec 2016 on Rosuvastatin 5 mg was 5.5. I came off the statin 3 months ago and started LP LDL. No diet change still pizza once a week and eating out once a week. Minimal exercise. Checked cholesterol yesterday was 6.0. That represents a 20% decrease with no effort on my part. That is pretty remarkableAdnan

I know of four new investors buying this week for the first time, all bought over 15k & 20K and non oF them are II. All bought on Monday and Tuesday. I don't think any II is accumulating in any real size, but I wouldn't be surprised is a wealthy investor has set a limit order to be worked.

diamond old chum, isnt ironic you call me a bully for exorcising my right to 'free speech.' I made an observation about some walter mitty type not fooling anybody with his big i am routine.

The buyer of the 15:07 trade of 25k shares has fessed up on LSE board. Not sure if the others are PI or II. Either is welcome in my view.

Shrewd, I agree, definitely since the beginning of this week. Also, for the first time today, we haven't had the seller appear from lunchtime onwards taking the share price back down, bodes well!

scotty,
Very happy to see the buys and not the sells dominating these last few days. Whoever it may be that's adding
Lets hope it continues, as price wise, we are still range bound at the moment

25k is hardly a big trade, just think people who have not invested are now investing due to more visibility

Jj

Just the regularity of lever 20-30k buys most days and often several of them.

Pure speculation but alternative is some serious pi interest is growing?

The fact is those larger trades are becoming way more frequent.

Soz Guys,
I disagree
Only 94,000 shares traded today
Thats hardly the sign of an insti getting on board
Although maybe a private punter may have a chunky buy order to fill

Had the same thoughts myself shrewdie over the last week or so and as with IIs selling so be the case with buying keeping it nice and steady as to not rock the boat, until they have had their fill that is ;))

So either IIs,shrewdie or vanduke :))))))))))

The size of the buys is starting to intrigue me tbh.

Far more £20-30k lumps on a daily basis.

Red days are usually extremely low volume.

I could get shot down for this but if have small wager we have an ii buying but being very careful so as not to spook the market as we all know what happens to the share price here if there's a scramble for shares.

We will see....
