JJ I wasn't predicting anything I was commenting on the trades and prices between 9 and 10.. If I had been the one selling 30k and had got 70.88 only to see someone getting 72 half and hour later I would (with hindsight) be limbering up the old knee joints.. :-)

When I worked in the cereal industry, there was a standard rule of thumb. It was simple. In times of a recession, demand would exceed supply. At the end of the recession, there was a need to build a new manufacturing facility. Why? In a market downturn, consumers turned to cereal for a 'healthy and affordable breakfast.' In 2007, times were different. The American consumer started to turn their backs on big food. The focus of the shopper was health and wellness. The new normal was safe, convenient and affordable. The product ingredient label of many traditional food staples, with sugar, salt and fat as top ingredients, became a turn-off for many consumers.
