Elrico, i am not alone in thinking you arrogant, unhelpful and impatient. I wonder if any of them are willing to be named and i wonder if any are in your little click closed network of rampers. I bet they are! lol

Ha ha.
I only just read it today because I just use my mobile phone most of the time, and it's V difficult to read on the mobile.
So I opened it up on my PC and was blown away quite frankly.

Thank you fr the encouragement, John.

Someuwin has kindly posted links in his header of previous article I wrote, all of which have been fact checked by SOH. The latest is primarily an overview and focus on SweetBiotix. We must not forget Someuwin played a part in the article, which incorporates his exchange with SOH; It was key.

There's another specific to LP-LDL and comparison to Probi's more documented strain. There also another that details OPTI's strategy, based on Probi's proven model. The links are contained in the latest report also, but may not be that obvious due to the function of ISSUU.

I know ISSUE is not the best reader format, so I am happy to send PDF versions if you PM me with your email. I won't sell you email :)

Elrico,
I've finally had time to go through your amazing latest report, and have to say a BIG thank you for all the time and considerable effort you have put in to producing it.
It's a great history lesson about where we've come from, the deals already done and it's a look to the present and future research work, desls and collaborations, all in one place.
A must read for any prospective investor.
I would say that this is more professional and more informative than any 'Broker' notes I've ever seen.
Opti should pay you as thei PRS man IMHO.
Thank you once again,
John

That fund raise argument has been around for as long are Michaelmouse. But then he uses the same phrase for ALL the companies he bashes. Another common link is TW.

I have a little feeling Mickeymouse doesn't like OPTI. Anyway, great article by Shareprophets I thought, particularly the ARM / OPTI business model comparison.

The desperation makes it feel like a fund raise is just around the corner.

They want the share price to move up before they release their results which will show minimal revenues and the reality of just where they are.

Aimho of course.

Thanks to scotty on the main thread for reproducing the latest nonsense from shareprophets. It's interesting that they've been saying the same thing since I started this thread nearly 1.5 years ago.

It's getting more desperate now though with the ARM Holdings comparison. Goodness me!

Arm and Opti have zero in common.

It's a pretty self defeating comparison anyway. When Arm joined the stock market the share price went down and stagnated for 10 years before the business model was proven and the company gained significant traction in its chosen markets.

Arm is an excellent example of why it can pay to wait several years whilst the business model takes shape and dilutive fundraisings become less of an issue.

You could have waited at least 10/11 years and made substantial profits on an investment in Arm. Always plenty of time.

With Opti you are already paying a huge premium for an unproven business model.

At least we have hard sales agreements now even if they're not releasing the monetary amounts...

I've had my patience tested like many others on this stock but it's one of those companies that can just shoot up on a decent RNS....better in than out. Besides, you're not going to make a sizable gain trading Lloyd's, you're put your balls on the line with AIM companies like this, you either believe the hype or you don't.

Props to Elrico for his latest piece too, a fine contributor to these boards

hxxps://www.shareprophets.com/views/30430/optibiotix-another-day-another-deal-o-hara-confirms-the-arm-model-buy

OptiBiotix (OPTI) has announced another sales deal. Like others it is small to start with but will build up and this grows more and more reminiscent of the early days of ARM. Check out the Steve O'Hara quote at the end of the release.

The latest deal is to supply three different products containing LPLDL®, with minimum initial purchase of 10,000 boxes of each, to Pharmabiota NZ Limited. n, based in New Zealand, was founded by pharmacist Peter Lagan to provide high quality and scientifically validated innovative products through its growing retail pharmacy partner network throughout New Zealand and Australia.

The size of the deal, the release states: "This agreement covers the initial development and supply of three products, packaged and released by Pharmabiota, containing LPLDL® in different dosage forms and provides initial moderate levels of income, growing to six figure revenues in the second year, and a commitment of 10% annual growth. "

The point is that Optibiotix is signing more and more deals like this at an accelerating rate. Expect more like this and a couple that are much bigger over the summer. each deal adds sod all to Optibiotix's fixed costs and is massively high margin. So at a certain point, the inflection point, the company heads into profit and thereafter as sales ramp up so do profits at a stunning rate. That is the ARM Model and you just do not see what is happening until it suddenly does but by then - if ARM is the precedent - the shares have already raced ahead.
Steve O Hara noted in today's release:

"This is a low risk, low cost approach, to accessing multiple consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical markets around the world. We are at the start of the commercialisation process but are really excited at the high level of interest in our products and the prospect of building multiple revenue streams, which if this strategy is successful, have the potential to cumulatively generate substantive seven figure revenues in the forthcoming years."

Indeed. You will see more evidence that Optibiotix is delivering and this is no pipe dream over the summer. that makes the shares a very strong BUY at a 65p offer and at up to 80p. Our target remains to sell at well over 100p before Christmas. This will pay for the festive season in spades

Thanks for the detailed reply, Adnan.

From the what I can gather there appears to be a case for LP-LDL for health benefits and probably a cost benefit to the NHS. I don't know what the cost differential is for LP-LDL v statins. I am thinking more on the terms of treating side effects from statins. There does appear to be a high percentage of side effects report by patience using statins, particularly those on the higher dose.

Hi ElricoTypically statins will lower LDL cholesterol by 30-50% depending on dose and different statin, Rosuvastatin being the most potent (and most expensive as still licensed) so 35% by LP-LDL is quite an achievement. I understand this is in those with higher starting cholesterol readings. In terms of side effects some 20-25% of people on statins get myalgia, fatigue etc which means in some cases they cannot continue or have to go on a much lower dose than recommended. This is almost invariably the case in those after a heart attack or stroke as the recommended dose is 80mg atorvastatin aiming for and LDL-C below 3.0 which few people can stay on due to the debilitating muscle pains. Some 7-8 million people take statins in the UK and I would be keen to see an LP-LDL product available as a food supplement on prescription. I hope Our CEO will be releasing a UK product asap. Good luck to all LTHAdnan

Elrico, from the link in your post 25036, it states Lactobact LDL-Control will be:

'AVAILABLE AGAIN FROM WEEK 30'

...which having checked the calendar is this or next week. Both me and my brother can't wait to get our hands on it if I'm honest! We're both in our early 40's, have hereditary high cholesterol and we're on statins already (our dad died of a heart attack at 48). It's a shame the 5% blood pressure reduction isn't mentioned on the HLH site (unless I've missed it?) as I believe that would help to sell the product.

On the HLH site it just states 'Block Price' but you can't yet add to the basket (if I remember rightly I think OneDayRodders tried!)

So any day now the product should be available to buy. I have emailed this company, Pharmasana, who currently sell Lactobact products through their UK website...

...to find out when the new LP-LDL product will be available and will let you all know once I've heard back. I know many will be more comfortable buying from a UK site, rather than navigating a German site even though it has the translate to English button.
