25/7/2017 10:33 | Hi John this particular seller appears to sell in blocks over 3-4 days. If the price picks up you may see a few more later in the day. It's not YSF has they place there orders with their broker and will appear as a delayed trade when completed | john henry
25/7/2017 10:29 | Pity the seller has to dump so much stock directly into the market, killing the share price dead on any possible rises. Would be great if a ii buyer could be found to take them off our seller's hands at a reasonable discount. Not going to happen though is it, sadly . It's like Helium all over again but 20p up! | bdog51
25/7/2017 10:21 | Hi John, Wouldn't there be a problem with the limits imposed by the Normal Market Size, in trying to sell that much in one hit? John | 2350220
25/7/2017 10:08 | Fill yer boots! :) | judijudi
25/7/2017 10:07 | Elrico imho there is a large seller that moves in and out of the market. They will probably dump around 100k step back let the price recover and then rinse and repeat. However soon they won't recover as peeps stop buying the dips and wait for the 50s. Unless the news announced contains revenue projections the price remains stuck in this downtrend. | john henry
25/7/2017 09:40 | John - I'm needing 72p to break even on my SB, not in a good position on the face of it. Timing was amateur. However, I do what so may SB punters do not, leave myself plenty of room for the worse case by making sure I have plenty of margin cover so I am not forced to sell. I am happy knowing the divi more than covers the current paper loss x2 plus I know I will eventually see 90+p again, at which point I'll feeling quite smug. ;) Today's action has become all too familiar on a Tuesday. Seller(s) hope for news, don't get it and move on, seemingly looking for the next stellar movers. Some will be lucky, some won't and regret it - It's what makes a market | elrico
25/7/2017 09:38 | Well right on cue and clashing with my post, Parob as part of the cavalry does his usual top up. This share has become very predictable and possibly makes a very few traders some decent cash, whilst the majority (like me) just wait and watch these movements within a narrow trading range. | neftanikoff
25/7/2017 09:35 | Spotted that myself 2350 So transparent but dense :) | judijudi
25/7/2017 09:33 | And imnotlong, a new member for all of two weeks! J | 2350220
25/7/2017 09:33 | Someone is selling a chunk of 10ks this morn. | isambardkb
25/7/2017 09:31 | 11 weeks today since Vitafoods, and despite draft contracts landing within days, only one tiny deal down under. No wonder the market seems a little concerned. | imnotlong
25/7/2017 09:29 | i think te cavalary ought to arrive via the usual suspects with their top ups to get it up 2p | neftanikoff
25/7/2017 09:29 | Nothing's changed. Another 5K for me! | parob
25/7/2017 09:27 | down 5p in 1 day and 1hour30 mins of trading, as it was 69 to buy on Friday. so to get it to 69, it was simply buying and no selling if we are to belive JH | neftanikoff
25/7/2017 09:26 | Selling and no buying, those pesky MMs will move the share price down smartly. Shame when there is constant buying we only get a penny or so on the share price (or so it seems) Buy hey, thats AIM for you | zebbo
25/7/2017 09:26 | What in blocks of ten and in a a short period of time. Sometimes this is a shorting tactic to create a slide. But not in this instance. But I believe that the good old fashioned market where you couldn't use financial instruments was far easier to understand and allot less volatile.. | bobdown2
25/7/2017 09:16 | Bob it's simply selling and no buying. | john henry
25/7/2017 09:12 | Totally indiscrimate of the news and seemingly wanting the price down. There was no finesse about today's sells. | bobdown2
25/7/2017 09:09 | Just when you hope the share price might have turned a corner, It gets a proper good kick in the Nethers! :( | judijudi
25/7/2017 09:01 | Quite a burst of sells, including several 10k blocks. Our seller has returned yet again. | bdog51
25/7/2017 08:45 | Neft, unfortunately not but did get into angs at 13 :) | 1bokke
25/7/2017 08:33 | O/T, I don't suppose any one here has had the good fortune of getting into UKOG (a modest holding for me), gone up from 1p to 7p in a blink of any eye, Wow ! | neftanikoff
25/7/2017 08:02 | No Elrico, I wouldn't ask why keep it open at all. If you've had it 12 months, then you'll be in V positive territory, so the small overnight charges won't be too much of a problem. Well done to you for having the foresight Elrico. The longest SB I've had, in recent times, was Berkeley Group. Wish that I hadn't got scared and closed when it tumbled over a few days. Oh well, still made a nice profit as well as dividends too. All the best, John | 2350220
25/7/2017 02:43 | John - I've had a long bet on OPTI for over 12 months. I am also on record here stating neither ETX or Core accept new positions for much of this period. ETX did offer me a position a few weeks ago at 100% margin. I told them were to go, in my best Queens English. You may ask why the hell would I have a trade open so long? Because I don't want to close it and risk not getting in again and losing my divi bonus. | elrico
24/7/2017 22:11 | I've tried to open a Long with Corespreads, but they won't let me. I just get a message to say that one can only Close an existing position, not Open a new one. So I don't understand how you managed to take a position with them Elrico. John | 2350220 |
