Hpcg TBH I'm a bit surprised by that ~ 71m boe reserves for £420m EV excluding Fortuna doesnt seem overvalued now.

Brave man to sell now at a loss , there will be corporate action sometime , but of course the share price may be on it's knees by then , am sitting on a 10% loss , about £25,000 , but will wait for the assets to be worked here , they say follow the money and Standard life have just increased their holding , best of luck.

I'm out, taken my losses. Oil price is now pretty firmly making lower highs. I think this just might make potential investors of all sorts, not just prospective direct shareholders, a bit slower to act. Fortuna news and direct corporate action needed to drive value. Whilst a lot is discounted I don't see an upward catalyst in the near term any more.

I think that is pessimistic, there aren't many recent lng projects but what there have all involved Chinese finance and control but those involved still did very well out of it.

I kind of agree with you .IMV its a chinese project (Belt and Road)and the EG Govmt/Chinese have stitched up ophir to get the best deal.
But there will be a deal IMV for circa 200m$ - well below book but will see ophir exit completely .

I think they were never going to be in the driving seat, given their size. I suspect Cooper held up arrangements by trying to keep too much control over the project. Ophir needs to accept it will be a junior partner and get on with it.

All you people do NOT have a clue about oil and Gas and could not find the V Door key even if their was such an item. You just have to know the facts. As for financial house's increasing their stock. " it aint there money!
