26/11/2021 14:47 | 300k at 11.15p Most distressed sale I've seen in any stock for a while. | dave4545
26/11/2021 14:38 | Think you could get 17k at 11.40p but that was quickly gone | bubbabubbabubba
26/11/2021 14:34 | Snapped a few more - outstanding value here. Good figures next week. | philjeans
26/11/2021 13:31 | Another one buying anymore? Especially with earnings due next Thursday and Friday | bubbabubbabubba
26/11/2021 11:52 | They just flushed a few out and then ran for cover so they make maximum profits. Offering 11.98p now when they bought plenty at 11-11.2p so the mm's are laughing as always | dave4545
26/11/2021 11:52 | I'm desperate for earningsNeed something goodI filled my isa up so I am unable to buy anymore | bubbabubbabubba
26/11/2021 11:39 | Many stocks down today so looks like general market sentiment. | timbob2000
26/11/2021 10:43 | Some real panic selling here too 100k and 33k below the bid at 11.2p Not far off all time low | dave4545
25/11/2021 15:57 | 12.07-12.29p So still easy to buy around mid price atm but a few think it's worth the gamble on the results being good again | dave4545
25/11/2021 12:09 | No way I could sell this low without having a look at results first. From memory I have never seen OPG drop on any results day since I first put it on my monitor. | dave4545
25/11/2021 12:00 | Andy, that has always been the case though hasn't it?... That Gupta has owned 50%, and that didn't stop the share price going north of a pound a few years back. | timbob2000
25/11/2021 07:57 | If you apply a simple NPV to the cashflows, it is worth way more than the current share price. I agree. Double or triple probably. The trouble is you, as a minority in a minority have no real say in or control over those cashflows. The non execs are weak and feeble and Gupta does what he wants. So yup NPV it and it’s cheap. But it’ll stay cheap until Gupta buys out the minority for a miserable premium. | andycapp1
24/11/2021 18:54 | Why? Apart from the cash flows - which ultimately Gupta will buy - there is little else to commend it! | andycapp1
24/11/2021 11:46 | SUCH a bargain here now! | philjeans
23/11/2021 23:11 | Results any time and that should wake up the share price. | dave4545
23/11/2021 22:43 | My post on LSE forum so posting here too The valuation is way off imo 'But how the can the value of the power plant be worth more than the company? When the Company owns the Power Plant OPG Enterprise Value is £81,556,532.54 The Power Plant is worth £172,716,040 according to the March 2021 Balance sheet take away a couple million for land and Other stuff like vehicles So Enterprise value/ Property, plant and equipment = 0.47 Which gives the Coal power plant a fair value of 25p on its own But somehow its trading at 11.75p The valuation makes zero sense - A Share Buyback is needed right now cos the coal prices have tanked I truly believe the company is worth £300 Million using Future cash flow just a shame they cant raise tariffs like the EU' Does anyone else have the same line of logic? You would be laughed out the Board room if you offered anything under 200m for this company | bubbabubbabubba
22/11/2021 11:33 | Nice profit for one mm buying 200k from a "distressed seller" at 12p considering it's been 15p recently | dave4545
18/11/2021 20:54 | Cannot argue with the view Jailbird But Opg having checked the map are around 2000 KM away on the south east coast. | dave4545
18/11/2021 20:05 | Country is a polluting mess Look how much China has achieved in 10 years . What has India achieved in 20 years .All the money going into corrupt hands . Will Never can eliminate coal usage for many many decades | jailbird
18/11/2021 20:03 | India has shut six out of 11 coal power stations within a 300km radius of Delhi to combat the toxic smog currently hanging over the city. The power station shutdown set to last until the end of the month was ordered just days after authorities in India's capital enforced a "pollution lockdown" over fears for residents' health. The Delhi government is also thought to be mulling over a full city-wide lockdown this weekend with residents potentially confined to their homes, reminiscent of its draconian Covid-19 lockdown last year. Environmentalists have argued that while these short-term measures will lead to a reduction in pollution levels, the government needs to make long-term changes.Pollution in Delhi has exceeded 20 times the World Health Organization's safe limits several times over recent weeks and doctors across the city have reported a surge in patients with sudden onset respiratory problems. | jailbird
10/11/2021 11:17 | Interims soon, can see the price going up a lot when they announce the next set of profits and reduction in debt Previous interims have been 27-28th Nov and 3rd Dec so not long now to wait | dave4545
03/11/2021 10:52 | You either believe or you don't Hold firm and stand fear-free You either have faith or you don't Even when the MarketMaker shakes the tree Do you want OPG share price to go on an upward spree? | turbocharge
03/11/2021 08:05 | It's a mad market AA loss making companies with prices flying and buyers all over them and then you have profitable recovery stocks on PER's of 2-5 and friendless, well Opg was friendless until that tip kicked a lot of life into it. | dave4545 |
