If Invesco do have to declare at <3% (not sure as some have stated some funds only have to declare above 5%), then they will have to declare going below 4% as well.

Should notify as each 1% threshold is crossed until below 3%, when there is no requirement for further disclosure.

Biondvax has recovered quite a bit. I think this may be imutex's spac. It's a perfect fit. I suppose we'll find out in a month or two.

IMO This is been shorted by a opportunist, as soon as the bid moves up it slammed back down. Russian roulette shorting this for a short term gain. There hoping there will be a bit of panic selling due to that Rns yesterday eve, watch this move sharply when they close their shorts knowing it's moving down. All only IMO

P, no, there's no rns on zero holding. Next one is crossing 3% I think.

Hopefully I think we'll also soon start getting rnss from institutions crossing boundaries as they buy.

Just a point about the inst sells and the price.

The sale which caused the rns yesterday on crossing a holding boundary was made on Monday, so sales in the days before and on that date. The price rose quite a bit during those days. The price drop yesterday was nothing at all to do with the actual sales of the rns, but all to do with the pi reaction after the event.

So Invesco selling into strength won't put the price down, but our reaction to those sells will. Difference is the small pi sells into weakness will soon be corrected. Inst sells into weakness would be a problem, but we don't have that.

As a previous buyer/seller/buyer/seller etc and now a buyer once more I'd just like to chuck my two-penneth in re Invesco selling which i have been watching from the side lines and although it stagnates the share price for short periods it is being done in a orderly fashion as not to sink the share price and as good news keeps on coming the share price will continue to rise.If of course they have finished selling for now obviously the share price will rise at a quicker rate,only time will tell on that.
