OSB had a fairly rickety time throughout last week and today is down to 367, it appears to have not taken EU’s offer of flextension too well a present. I’m currently out since £4.01 and waiting to see what unfolds in the ‘House of Cards’......It’s anyone’s bet which way they’ll go right now.

Lots of excitement and sudden interest in MTRO, following Holdings RNS during last hour of trading to close up by 16%, could reverberate within the Sector and hopefully have positive effect here too.

Surprising that today’s 6% share price increase hasn’t stimulated any comment here so far. Several Institutional trades appear to have gone through over the last few days pushing the closing share price above £4.39, I’m assuming they’re most likely connected to the recent merger with Charter Court Financial Services.

Not much traffic around for this stock i guess...Have been weighing up the pros and cons between this and lloyds, any thoughts out there?

I have just done some maths based around the recent Q3 guidance and have come up with dividend rising by upto 30% post 2018 (depending on assumptions) which at today's price would take it to 4.75%ish yield.

One thing I seem to be missing is that they don't appear to hold cash on the balance sheet. Have I just missed something or are all retained profits leveraged to plough back into growing net lending?
