23/11/2018 09:40 | Tipped in IC | ayl30
08/11/2018 08:24 | I under-estimated these when they floated but have been a fan of late - although Mr Market does offer excellent opportunities to trade in and out to enhance the overall return. Happy to have traded back in recently. | future financier
08/11/2018 07:19 | Results seem good | ayl30
23/10/2018 09:27 | Banks taking a hit - not surprising really with so much uncertainty, debt being carried by consumers, house price declines in the south, low wages etc. If OSB were to disappoint the market, then I can see this under £3 very quickly! Trading update soon I believe - will have to be super positive!🤞 | uhound
11/10/2018 08:10 | Ex-div today | jack_c_hk
02/10/2018 17:01 | Virgin,(VM) Paragon (PAG) and OSB (-3,8%) all took a 'Pounding' (excuse the Pun) today. No doubt we'll discover what's behind it soon enough. | mazarin
28/9/2018 08:49 | I guess it must be Brexit that's holding OSB back! Looking like 400p level could be breached soon. | uhound
24/8/2018 08:31 | Because it always does! And then sanity prevails and it increases slowly. | future financier
23/8/2018 15:30 | I'm interested why this might have dropped so much considering good results? | mcbabs
23/8/2018 07:14 | Looks a good set of results and bullish forward statement. Hiking divi so much shows confidence for future profitability | ayl30

17/5/2018 18:41 | I think you'll find OSB are in the mass market for BTL, but as you say are also in the Ltd company space too. Ltd co. lending has increased and for OSB, but will not replace the lost business from the mass market. There is increasing competition also for this Ltd Co. space with lenders dropping rates to win business which IMO will hurt growth here. I have been bearish here for a while as you say Che7win and so far have managed to trade in and out for a decent return. Anyone else who bought in a year ago would be pretty fed up right now! I don't post or follow this board that closely but I recall you bailed out a while ago yourself despite being the most vocal bull on here. Would welcome convincing argument why this company is at a bargain price now. | uhound
17/5/2018 17:26 | UHOUND, maybe some day you will be right, you have been saying this for 1.5 years. | che7win
17/5/2018 17:02 | Yes but OSB/Kent Reliance are not in the mass market for BTL - they are in the specialist space (limited companies etc.) which is still growing. No worries - yet .......! | future financier
17/5/2018 16:06 | Will filter through to the figures at some point. hxxps://www.landlord | uhound
10/5/2018 08:11 | Stunning - if there is that level of demand make s you wonder why they sold at big discount last time around. | future financier
10/5/2018 07:51 | Another 19 million Flowers' shares placed at a very solid, minimal discount to market price, of 416p. Must be decent demand for these at the moment. | cwa1
09/5/2018 08:43 | Of little consequence but PH have upped their share price target price from 445 to 470:- 09 May Onesavings Bank Peel Hunt Buy 412.30 445.00 470.00 Reiterates | cwa1
09/5/2018 07:45 | Solid update:- OneSavings Bank plc ('OSB'), the specialist lending and retail savings group, today issues its trading update for the period from the 1(st) January 2018 to date. Highlights -- Strong financial and operational performance has continued in the first quarter. -- Loan book growth of 5% for the three months to 31 March 2018 with net loans and advances growing by GBP368m to GBP7.7bn during the quarter (31 March 2017: GBP283m and GBP6.2bn, respectively). -- Organic originations of GBP689m, at attractive margins, in the first three months of 2018 (Q1 2017: GBP599m). -- As at the close of the Term Funding Scheme in February 2018, the Group had a total drawing of GBP1.5bn. -- Business growth continues to be supported by a strong capital position. Andy Golding, CEO of OneSavings Bank, said: "I am delighted with the performance of the business so far this year. Strong levels of applications led to the net loan book growing to GBP7.7bn in the first quarter with new lending at attractive margins. Our lending and retail savings franchises remain strong, and given current levels of applications in our core buy-to-let and commercial businesses, we are confident that we can deliver at least mid-teens net loan book growth this year. There is no change to other guidance for 2018." | cwa1
24/4/2018 14:19 | Should be well over 400p here but market not keen to push the financials. Got to change at some point. | its the oxman
16/3/2018 10:11 | Its the predicted fall in NIM from 3.16% to 3% in 2018. Does not alter the fact that the fall in NIM should have been known to the market - and the fall in share price is overdone in any case. | future financier
16/3/2018 09:41 | Yesterday, on reporting very good results by declaring increased profits and higher dividends, OSB inexplicably went into 'free fall' and dropped nearly 40p (amounting to nearly -6%) within just one day. It made no sense whatsoever, short of assuming some element of 'manipulation'. What was there not to like? Yet 'The Market' clearly decided otherwis from the start. I'm still left seeking answers and wonder, had the results been not so good, what would have been the outcome? What a 'fickle'and incomprehensible place it is...! | mazarin
15/3/2018 16:23 | Yes, I had that in mind too, the timing is about right and from memory I think they last sold on 9th Jan. I'll wait to see RNS on this one. Incidentally ALD was finally withdrawn from The Market today, so as and when I get paid, I could consider buying more here. I'm am unsure how long it will take before funds are paid to holders, my Broker (ii) thinks it could take 2 weeks. | mazarin |
