25/9/2024 19:25 | Just so unloved, despite all good news.I suspect we might need an OTA like Expedia or so on to come make a bid. Paying less than 10x forward PE, and much less once you strip out the cash, it would be highly earnings enhancing for any big travel group.Let alone the acquisition synergies that can be squeezed out...(I hold in the Boon Fund) | boonkoh
25/9/2024 14:47 | Afraid markets will be trash next few weeks | johndoe23
25/9/2024 11:06 | Discount the cash and the forward PE ratio here is circa 6. bonkers | undervaluedassets
25/9/2024 09:19 | Aside from the ongoing good news and outlook, the pound strength should benefit us too , why people are selling at this price even with the overhang of a pending 'hard decisions' budget escapes me escapes me. | paleje
25/9/2024 08:42 | gashead .. I agree. Great news and outlook and the shares go down!? WE should be so lucky..I am buying a few more. I do not know how to do anything else. I buy companies that are doing well or that I think will do well and that are cheap .. this is ticking all boxes. As I said that is what I have always done. And in aggregate over the long term, this strategy has worked out. I am going to buy a few more. | undervaluedassets
25/9/2024 08:42 | I think these are good value however whilst you say that they're 70% off all time highs, if someone wanted to challenge that they'd say that they're also c.75% above their point of early Sept last year. I do think they look cheap and its hard to see that there's much downside to a 10x PE for the year finishing next week, and falling to 8x-9x the year about to start. The cash position will soon mean that even at their seasonal low point won't be far at all from being net cash, and at that point they'll need to start a buyback or similar. Whilst I dont hold companies wiht the expectation of them being acquired, I think thats quite likely here and in the meantime there's realistic prospect of 25%-50% p.a. upside through a combination of earnings growth and multiple appreciation. | adamb1978
25/9/2024 08:40 | Sit tight and hold this one, poised for a very substantial re-rating as and when the overall Macro position improves imo, i'm going to add more today and this is already my biggest single holding. Results were very good indeed and the Ryanair thing going to help as well. | gasheadmicky
25/9/2024 08:22 | Really hard to work out why the market is indifferent here. Cash pile has grown every year. No debt. I repeat NO DEBT NTAV is at highest ever. Pe is lowest ever. Outlook statement good Carries no inventory (no expensive planes, trains, automobiles, ships or hotels to maintain) And now great trading statement and and forward bookings way ahead of this time last year. Full year Results will challenge all time best ever results I have no doubt. meanwhile shares are 70% off all time highs Really hard to see what the market dislikes here.. | weemonkey
25/9/2024 08:18 | It doesn't help when the UK government keeps talking the country down. | highlands
25/9/2024 07:39 | Small cap markets were improving over H1 however I think with the budget fear, there's a natural higher les of risk aversion given that no-one knows how/where they'll be hit. Widows and orphans dont in vest in small caps so most small cap investors will be hit in some shape or form when Reeves announces whatever evil plans she has in a few weeks. Think are somewhat ina flux til then | adamb1978
25/9/2024 07:23 | debt free. Interim turnover was best ever Now outlook best ever. Share should be a multiple of what it is Patience needed. | undervaluedassets
